I dont understand you guys one minute when he's only scoring 20 ppg you all say hes trying to pass too much and he should score more THEN he starts putting up more shots at or near a 50% clip and scoring at a rat of 42 ppg and you complain he's a ball hog etc etc etc. Just cant please people when they dont like you in the first place . If Rick Fox , Devean George and Horry would start making those WIDEEEE OPEN!!!! shots the lakers wouldnt be in this situation.

I remember when Kobe had back to back triple doubles a while back, and the very next game vs the Cavs. He only attempted 14 shots and they lost to the Cavs. It was so obvious kobe only attempted 14 shots because the ENTIRE game he was trying to get a triple double, so he can get three triple doubles in a row. Alot of people claim thats not true, but come on, that was when Shaq was out, and kobe was jacking up 25-30 shots every game , but the game AFTER he had two triple doubles in a row, he attempts 14.. and its not like anyone on the Cavs can stop him.

I am so sick and tired of reading kobe interviews and he talks abuot how all he wants to do is win. Kobe Bryant cares more about his stats then wins.

Call me an AI fanbody if you'd like, but Iverson shots quite a bit too, so how come his team isn't under .500 ?

Kobe is so much bigger than Allen Iverson, so why is AI playing better and doing more for his team than Kobe ?

Quite simply, AI is not playing at the level Kobe's playing at.

AI is only hitting 40% of his shots (averaging 24 FG attempts per game) with 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. He's shooting 76% from the free throw line.

Kobe is hitting 46% of his shots (averaging 23 FG attempts per game) with 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals. He's shooting 83% from the free throw line.

Why is Philly over .500? I would say because AI and his teammates play good defense.

Yeah, Sixers have probably one of the better defenses in the league, AI being a major factor
