He's slowly becoming cheap and dirty, and he has trouble shooting.

It would infuriate me if he did that crap while playing for Phoenix.

I'm kicking myself more over Rudy Fernandez than Rajon Rondo.

Now that having been said, Rajon has developed into a very nice young point guard. He's extremely athletic, which was in the scouting report before he played last year, but he's also become a very, very good defender and decision maker.

That is what has impressed me the most. He makes the right play more often than not and gets the ball to his guys in situations where they can excel. Yes, some of it can be directly attributed to the C's offensive scheme but he has proven that he has to be accounted for in the gameplan.

Now, he has a LONG way to go to be a HOF'er or a future great.

Question is........Is he in the top three point guard list? We know TP is the best hands down, but based of current and previous playoff production, name one point gaurd besides TP whos game elevated and stayed consistant throughthe playoffs.

about Rondo he is a fine young point guard he reminds me of young jason kidd he is the only PG in the league that can rebound so well and he is the best point pushing the tempo of the game. good decision maker no jumpshot at all. if he develops his shot he has the potential to be the best.

Wow guys... complete with the over generalizations here.

Rondo had ANOTHER triple double last night. Give the guy some credit. He is on a playoff team for the second year in a row and he has lead his team at times this year.

You can easily make an argument that he is becoming an elite PG in the NBA. You can also argue it's because of the quality of players around him. Either way, you can't deny he's becoming more and more someone you need to worry about.

You can also make the case that it is the playoffs so players will get severely hyped up.

Game 1 of CHI-BOS is a good example of what i'm talking about.

PLayoff stats are always inflated. But Rondo is doing a good job out there.

He's good, but not elite. He isn't someone thats gonna hold down the fort once Ray, Paul and Kevin retire. He still doesn't have a J.
