    Re: Jordan Out in Washington

I've read that article earlier.. and heard about it on the local sports talk shows..

But if she thinks for one minute that MJ wasn't an asset to the Wizards.. she is probably living on the MOON!

Obviously the foundation the Bullets/Wizards layed for the past 20 years was made of tissue...

The Zards will stink and will go back to their rightful place .... the lottery year in and year out.. and constant blunders by Wizards Management..

Not even that, it didn't hinder him from doing his job, and if it was causing problems, Abe being his employer should have addressed it privately with MJ. Why didn't he?

All of a sudden MJ has single handedly wrecked the team chemistry, botched the entire GM position, made it so unbearable that the players not even in his position could get minutes because he took them all, scared everyone on the court even when he was on the bench, failed to make Jerry Stackhouse look good, critcized the entire franchise to try to make himself look good, stay home in Chicago so he wouldn't be associated with the city of DC, and made not only the Wiz the joke of the league, but himself also.

Can you say ungrateful, and scapegoat.

So what if Jerry West stayed in Memphis? They're two different people who do their jobs differently.

You know people have a hard time grasping that concept. I think all of those excuses were bogus. Someone needed to say what MJ said about the way the franchises players accept losing as if it's nothing. At least he had a vision for the team. What is Abe going to do now?

                            Exactly.

And I think I agree with what David Aldridge said about Pollin stepping down. To quote (about the Wizards) "it's been run into the ground. It's time to let someone else drive the car."
