                              Whatever stance you guys have on this subject, you should at least accept the fact that MJ wasn't given a chance to complete what he set out to do in Washington.

                              His 1st year as a GM, they sucked. Improved on it his 2nd year before playing again. Identical record in his 3rd year. What does this say? You never really got to see him be a full-time GM with his new cast playing on their own without him as a teammate. If he was able to continue his post and do what he wanted do, assemble a winning franchise or not, then judge him.

                              I don't even get why people bash him as a bad GM even though he's only been one for 3 years. So don't compare him to someone like Jerry West GM-wise, that's unfair, seeing as he's been one for a long time.
