Re: Cavs + Shaq = not going to win it all

Its early but even i know the rasheed wallace signing to boston is a huge upgrade over Shaq alot not even close. Come on Wallace coming off the bench giving you a post up and 3 point threat and play better def than shaq, can guard the pick n roll better than shaq.

Yes Shaq is a upgrade over Big Z but how much though. I sry the Cavs are not going to final if the celtics core stays healthy. Instead of spend of all that money on Varejao was the most stupid thing ever to do. They could of spend it on atheltic big man in the offseason in 2010 that would attract Lebron to come back.

The celtics is deeper than cavs on the bench, even the magic is deeper than the cavs on the bench.

LOL at everyone saying Lebron is leaving Cleveland. So because the team is 0-2 he is gone?

Do you guys hear yourselves making these snap judgements after 2 games?

As a huge Cavs fan, I will give you the fact that this team looks bad right now. The rotations are horrible, I mean Z and Shaq on the court at the same time?? Even the Cavs announcers questioned that. Although I think if and when Delonte gets back he will help a lot.

As far as Mike Brown goes. They should have fired him at the end of last year. If this team doesn't win it all this year, it will be more Mike Brown's fault then Shaq's

Cleveland fans rushing to ask "why do you think James is leaving??" never ceases to crack me up.

There's no use in discussing that matter really. People have been talking about James leaving for years.

          It's an inferiority complex.

Have you seen the World Series this year? How about when the Ravens won the Super Bowl?

All our players/teams leave and go on to great success.

Don't get me wrong, I'd grow tired of all of that quickly if I were a Cleveland fan, I do have empathy.

But understand that from an outsider's perspective, Cavs' fans make themselves look a little "off" when they try to justify why James isn't leaving.

As long as you take the justification as "We really hope he isn't leaving, but know he will" then you'll be much less amused by Cavs fans.

Besides, 90% of the Cavaliers fans will disappear if LeBron goes and suddenly they'll become _____________ fans.

The bottom line is no one knows if he is leaving or not. For anyone to say matter-of-factly that he is or isn't, has no basis.

I'm pretty sure LeBron himself already has a solid idea of what he wants to do but isn't going to tell anyone about it.

If he knows he is going to leave after this season then it would be best for him not to say anything as to not cause a distraction to the team.

If he knows he is going to stay then why not just come out and say it? It couldn't hurt the team's chemistry at all.

Re: Cavs + Shaq = not going to win it all

                        The problem:

Mike Brown kisses *** to Lebron and Ferry and is acting like he's coaching when he has no idea how to run an offense with Lebron and now with Shaq.

Shaq has no post moves anymore. He takes 1-2 dribbles and prays. Where is the old shaq that didn't stop until he was under the rim?

Lebron needs a coach not a friend that has a LBJ23 shrine at home and names his dogs and cats over the man who gets him his paycheck.

Fire Mike Brown, Fire Shaq and get a big man that can run with LBJ.

@ some people stating the Cavs will miss the Playoffs.

Season is 82 games long, this is the Eastern Conference and to top it off... two games in. Personally I never liked the O'Neal pick up but lets give the Cavs a couple games to get their offense in sync.

I think you have to give it some time. I don't think they are going to win it all, but it's crazy to write them off after two games. Personally, I think the Magic are the best team in the East.
