Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
Good point. Still odd that they'd let that get out there like that. Considering it's the offseason, he's a free agent and he's already filed his paper work for the number change though, doesn't that mean he technically is #6 now?Comment

Re: The Official "Where is LeBron going?" Thread
The Knicks because they play in NY will always be relevant. Good or bad, they will always be talked about no matter how they play. Like I said sometimes it sucks, and living down here I take a ton of crap walking around with a Knicks jersey, but even down here people know and follow the Knicks. And also, I moved to Virginia 10 years ago.The Knicks have most definitely NOT been relevant. I'm assuming you live in NYC... not sure how you can gauge national relevance considering that.
The NBA was not created in 1993. It's a stretch to say the Cavs were never relevant, even if it's meant as an exaggeration. The time they were good wasn't too different than the last time the Knicks were good. It is what it is.
Meanwhile, they used to be relevant. There was indeed a time when the Cavaliers were extremely good. However, it was over a decade before they drafted LeBron, and after they fell off in the early 90's, their popularity tailed off dramatically.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

Well yes and no. He won't officially have it until he resigns somewhere.
Either way it is odd. Bulls being cocky? I don't know. Seems like every other team has #00 and "Your Name" for custom jersey.Comment
