I think it's 3 bone bruises actually...I got one when my knee exploded, but I couldn't tell you what it felt like with all the other stuff going on...
Must be painful though, he looked better last year with structural damage than he does now...Comment

Me neither, but eventually he's going to take a long hard look at this his game and make some adjustments....

MJ, Kobe, LeBron, Wade, Howard, Durant, Westbrook, etc...... have their OWN legacy

Re: The LeBron James Thread
From someone that's NOT a Lebron fan....
Lebron James is the best player in the NBA TODAY. Hand's down. Now today VS lifetime overall is a different story and I think that's where championships weigh in. If Kobe cant get 7 (and he wont) youd always have to put Jordan over him (doubt you could put him over MJ even if he had 7 titles)... same goes for Lebron Vs. Kobe. Lebron in 2013 (and 2012) is better than Kobe (and Kobe is my boy)... The reasons why I think Lebron has become the best player in the NBA is not just because he's 6-8 like 250 and runs a 4.4 40.. which those numbers present a mismatch for anyone else on the floor but its because HE ACTUALLY HAD DONE SOMETHING WITH HIS ADVANTAGE. He's not the first player in the NBA to have a unique physical advantage outside of the box, but he might be the best player with that advantage to actually do as much as possible with that advantage, if that makes sense.
So let's talk playoffs. I think Lebron is starting to go through the "Kobe" era on his team. What I mean by that is for a couple of years, Kobe just got so good that the other 2-3 good players on the team started "watching" him on the floor rather than actually playing, if that makes sense. I think last year and this year, Lebron's game has elevated so much that Wade and Bosh regardless of being banged up are becoming "watchers" now on the team. I think if that group stays together, next year Bosh and Wade will go back from being more "do-ers" than watchers, but Lebron is basically experiencing the same thing Kobe did for a couple of years when it truly become "his team".. which is why Lebron just has to go off on his own and handle business.. and he can now because over the past couple of years he has finally developed that "killer instinct" than Stephen A. used to always say he was lacking back in Cleveland (and he was right).
Game 7 is going to be interesting. Honestly Indy is a deeper team in my opinion as far as a talent drop off from their two stars. No Paul George is no Lebron, and Hibbert is no Dwight Howard, but the next 4-5 players on their team arent that big of a dropoff as you have once you look past Miami's big three.
If I was the coach of Indy, I would roll the dice at least the first half and just try my best to contain Lebron and make Wade and Bosh beat us. It will be interesting....__________________________________________________ ____

Re: The LeBron James Thread
I dont believe in that he was so good other guys just watched him play when he couldn't eek out more than 1 mvp
Lebron is a completely different player with a completely different mindset. First of all he's a willing passer and the circumstances doesn't have to be a specific condition for him to share the ball.
He's been the best player in the game though, thats nothing new.Comment

Re: The LeBron James Thread
Seems like LeBron has had a "legacy game" every single year since 2007. Add another one to the pile."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

That's pretty much the polar opposite of what's gotten them to Game 7 though."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

It's almost like what good is the rest if the samething keeps occurring every year, you know.#RespectTheCultureComment

Wouldn't this Year 3 where we're saying he needs "rest"? Because it seems like he comes into the season and is looking fine up until about February before his knee or something else flares up on him.

Re: The LeBron James Thread
Structural Injuries are typically known to be more chronic than say Broken Bone injuries, are they not?
Because if that's the case then no amount of rest will be able to prevent this from happening again, especially for a guy who already has a lot of wear and tear on his body.#RespectTheCultureComment
