That's how it is with Lebron. No one freakin gets it. He has the ball all the time, it's how it is. Wade is going to have a hard time getting going and being consistent. With those guys on the same team, they need to change their game and they become lesser players because they all have to give up something. Is Wade playing off the ball as effective? Is Bosh as effective without as many shots? No, they get turned into different ball players.

You hear this Altimus? You hear Chuck Kenny and McHale? They see the same thing I was talking about... its not happening man.
Sorry Pack but I dont consider 3 guys and a bunch of minimum contracts a super team. 2 stars on the same team still doesnt take you over the top, its just apart of the formula. The hype and the hate ran wild is what it was.
Looking at the freaking Lakers is when I wonder how the nba with a supposed CAP can put so many guys on a team in one year.
Re: Miami's troubles
They are going to have problems at the 1 and 5. That's not going away. Lebron and Wade are not going to become consistent, clutch long range shooters. That's not going away. What will change is how they space the court, make the game easier for each other, and read how the rhythm of the game is affecting them. I still think the key for this team is to run the game through Bosh a lot more. If they don't, he can disappear, and he's not good enough defensively to not be a part of the offense.
If Chris was in Phoenix, LA, Orlando, Boston or even Atlanta, he'd be shining a lot more. Unfortunately, he chose to play with two very ball dominant players, one of whom does not have the ability to play without the basketball or post up, and there is no point guard to make sure he's getting his.
Shannon Brown: so fast, so athletic. One of the most ridiculous fast break dunks I've ever seen over JR Smith.

Ray Allen just has such a beautfiul fundamental offensive game to watch.
I love watching/reading ESPN always talking about the Heat's problems when they lose, not actually maybe considering the teams they are playing are actually good and that it wasn't just a case of the heat not wanting to show up.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

I'm sure he still will make the all star team, but Bosh needs to step up his game for me to even consider him an all star this seasonSaints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Man that Shannon Brown dunk was more impressive in real time than it was in slow mo replay. However that said it was still impressive and when I first saw it happen I was going to post some remark about wanting to punch him in the face every time I see a nice dunk like that after his showing in the dunk contest.Comment

Re: 11/8-11/14 Game Discussion Thread
I've said it before...but LeBron going to Miami is just a disaster on so many levels.
They were only down 9 with 2 mins left...yet there were seats everywhere. No one cares in Miami. Bandwagoners will jump on come play off time, but legacies are supposed to be built in 'real' basketball cities where people live and breathe the sport.
Just a waste when you think how exciting the Cavs fans were.
Having said that...i found it hilarious watching him go 1 on 4 at the end of the game while D Wade stood in the corner and Bosh was asleep somewhere. No one was moving while LBJ iso'd...Wade and Bron both then bricked 3 balls. And to think people used toblame Mike Brown............
