I don't want to #Decertify but we may be forced to do it if this is their best and final offer. Can't lie I'm very sad 2day. #NBALockout

Again, it's hard to imagine anyone can be this stupid and totally void about what the real world is like, but this total and complete moron keeps reaching for those stars.

I would love to give specifics but it's not my position to say. Only people who were in the meeting should share that info. #NBALockout

I'm sorry but @NazrMohammed claim that players could make more money by staying in school is absurd. Take it from someone who is in school.

Nazr Mohammed seems to think that everyone would be forced to the NBDL for their first 5 years. Ain't no team going to send the number 1 pick down to the D-League (unless it's special circumstances(like injury rehab starts like MLB)).

Please Nazr is just delusional. I had to drop out of school because I can't even afford it for one to join the military even though I'll be starting back up school for free and get my degree if I could make 75,000 a year right now I wouldn't even think twice. I swear some people are just so out of touch with reality it's disgusting and a bad look.

Stop talking about the D-League thing. It wasn't in the proposal. There's a different D-League proposal forthcoming w/ major issues solved.

That D-League story is Exhibit A of why detailed proposal should've been shared immediately. Players/agents didn't know if real or not.

It was 1 of litany of B-list issues discussed but not in proposal. Still, league even pitching it widely seen as middle finger to players.

This is starting to remind me of patches for video games. The owners have been sending out tuners and patches and the players keep finding new flaws.

edit: Such as wrong sock colors or court design, calling it a gamebreaker, ignoring the fact that the game is actually pretty good.

Source: Players Would Approve Owners' Latest Proposal
                              Nov 12, 2011 12:29 PM EST

A source tells Shaun Powell that if given the opportunity, the union's full membership of players would vote to approve the NBA's revised proposal.

"Source told me if full membership votes on the owner's deal, NBA would open for business by Wednesday," Powell writes.

"This the best deal the owners will extend, everyone understands that," said the source.

Powell cites a "silent majority" of rank-and-file players who want to get back on the court and are uninterested in the decertification process or further negotiations with the owners.
