Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread 1st Round
Milsap came into his own and all of a sudden Boozer didn't look so attractive anymore. Eventually his contract ran out and the Jazz are just fine..now Chicago needs to find a way to do the same.Comment

Yeah, he got banned. We still talk and he's been talking about this a lot lately. Like a lot of people have said now, they need to get rid of him.Comment

Glad to see Philly, Orlando and Atlanta prove themselves to be the crap they really are.Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread 1st Round
Let me get this straight so the Bulls get sympathy for being banged up and losing to the gahdamn Sixers but the banged up Hawks lose to the Celtics and they're "crap".
Josh Smith is out there playing hurt, we just got Horford back and I'm sure he's not even 70% yet, plus we're without Zaza.
FFS Jason Collins and Eric Dampier are our only healthy bigs. Caught the Hawks some slack man, your bias on another level.ST. LOUIS RAMS FRANCHISE (MADDEN 2010)

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread 1st Round
Bulls have actually proved they're a legit team with their current core when healthy.
This wasn't the first year or first time this Atlanta's group has been embarassed out of the post season.
Down 40 points though in the third quarter?
If you want to keep this group together with hopes they can make a deep playoff run, by all means.Comment

I don't know, you win game one.....you lose your best player and drop game 2....Im not sure a healthy Smith, Hortford and yes, even a hurt Zaza wouldn't have helped make this a series...Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread 1st Round
Boston wasn't and isn't 100% healthy themselves.
Like I said, if anyone thinks Atlanta should keep their team together in hopes for a deep playoff run, more power to yall. I'm just gonna continue with my company line on them until they don't wet the bed come May.Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread 1st Round
They Hawks reached their peak long time ago and its time for the experiment to vamoose
Most of the offense consists of Joe Johnson going iso, or Jeff Teague noticing that, and taking all the shots he can himself.
Collins is a dump truck. He's only in the league because he's tall, because that dude sucks and has no skills..and I'd say he's only worse than Dampier because he's younger.Comment

As pointed out though, this is the same old story for the Hawks since the Celtics first got together. That was 2008 mind you. They haven't made a damn lick of progress since then, that's why Atlanta doesn't get cut any slack and rightfully so. Nobody keeps watching Empire Strikes Back thinking Vader's gonna not be Luke's pops at some point.Comment

Just saying, they have been playing with some unexpected heart....you put Al Hortford over Bynum a year back, I'd think you'd feel he'd at least have some impact....Comment
