I want to say that Derek Fisher is a douche. He gets traded to the Rockets, and basically says I am too good to play for you, so he goes to OKC to get another ring. What a ****. I lost a ton of respect for him after that. He is not even a good player anymore.

I figured from the moment Durant was drafted/Presti was hired that this team would do great things. So congrats to Durant and the rest of the Thunder. They're ridiculously good and look like they will continue to be for a long time.

That being said ... **** you Howard Shultz. I hope you burn in hell.

This may sound weird, but them being so bad before getting Durant really helped this team. His first two seasons they didn't really have much else and they were still bad which allowed for good picks to get guys like Harden and Westbrook. Congrats to the Thunder and good luck in the finals.

I think anyone can draft smartly and not strap themselves with bad contracts, ala OKC and SA...

True, but most FO's seem to have something against building through the draft. Even our coach Monty Williams is saying he doesn't want too many young guys. Glamour teams have the option to lure in big name FA's. The only way non glamour teams will get to contender level is to be patient and smart with there cap space.
