Doesn't this basically mean, Varejao isn't expected to recover from his injury anytime soon? Maybe Zeller is getting traded?
That's a pretty good deal for the Cavs and yes, Zeller is supposedly being shopped. LAC are rumored to be most interested so Cavs may recoup draft picks that way.

I agree. Especially seeing Parsons is locked in for another year at the price of dirt.

I do agree that they need a PG, but not at the price the Celtics are asking.

Sacramento has agreed to acquire Roger Mason Jr. from the Heat, but is expected to waive him, league source says. #howu

Miami Heat reserve guard Roger Mason Jr. has apparently found a new NBA home, but it's not exactly a permanent place of residence.

CBS Sports' Ken Berger reports the Sacramento Kings have agreed to acquire Mason, but they have no plans of keeping him around.

The 33-year-old had made just 25 appearances for Miami this season and was averaging 10.4 minutes a night.

According to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, the Sacramento Kings will be receiving cash for helping orchestrate Roger Mason Jr.'s exit.

Yes, apparently he was supplanted by Toney Douglas in the rotation and was seeing less and less playing time. He couldn't do the one thing he has a NBA job (knock down three's) for which means his time in the league maybe over.

Why did the Cavs waste an asset and a draft pick on another big man? So, are Varejao and Zeller on the market or is Varejao missing more time with injuries?

Hoping this means Henry Sims will get some time with the 76ers, but they might waive him. The only big bodies remaining on their roster are Lavoy Allen and Moultrie.

I think this one works for both teams. Neal can stretch the floor a bit for Charlotte, and at the same time, Milwaukee finally gets rid of him and picks up a couple expiring contracts.

                            And I still like Ridnour.

I'd kill to swing one of our 2nd rounders to Sacto for Jimmer just to see what he can do with actual minutes.
