    Milwaukee, Lakers, Kings, Cavs: Embiid

He also said he's heard Danny Ainge isn't a big fan of this draft, and thinks that he might not be trying to tank, but rather drive up the value of their pick to cash in on it and acquire a great young player to build around from a team that is higher on these prospects.

yeah, with this trade to "have" philly's 1st im under the impression ainge is trying to trade out of the draft with the 3 1sts we now "hold" and get a legit center...otherwise i'd say just get embiid and move on..parker doesnt fit if we are sticking with jeff and sully

I guess I'm the only person that thinks Parker isn't worthy of a top 3 pick. I could be dead wrong but I don't think when all is said and done he is a top 5 player in this class.

but he is top 5 in terms of NBA ready...but, the more i watch the less sold i am on his NBA position...could be the next in a long line of skilled tweeners who dont accomplish much

These kids are all great college players and will probably be solid pros but this isn't the draft I was hoping for. I looked at this draft like it was going to be the next golden era of prospects, some real game changers and generational type players. I don't think these kids have it in them to be honest. I hope I'm wrong.

Anybody watch Jordan Clarkson from Mizzou? He's been climbing draft boards recently. 6-5 point guard. Not a great shooter, but averages around 20 ppg.

                  Plus his dad coaches there
They did that a while ago with a kid named Wayne Simien out of KU. He ended up retiring early to become a pastor. His game was very similar to McAdoo's.

McAdoo's game has never impressed me. He just seems like a raw athlete. Who knows though, he's one of those mystery guys that some NBA team might be able to morph into a rotational guy.

Yep, it's not close to '84, '96, '03, etc. It's a good class but Boeheim was right about there being no generational players.

People are souring on Parker but I'm not too worried about him, I still think he's the surest thing in this draft and a Top 3 pick. He's hitting the freshman wall a little bit and probably isn't in as good of shape as he can be.

Melo had his rough stretches at Syracuse (went five straight Big East games where he failed to score over 17 points and his FG% was in the toilet) and shot under 37% in two games against UConn despite taking like 28 shots in each of those two games. No one except Durant was consistently destroying people as a freshman.

This Kansas vs Ok st game has been really chippy. Embiid has been impressive once again.

i know it was only on smart who is like 8 inches shorter...but embiid postered him from behind on the lob

if embiid isnt the #1 pick that means parker or wiggins just go off in march for like 25 a game
