I'm hoping the Pistons can still get Josh Smith out of here, then have Monroe/Drummond in the frontcourt as your pieces for the future and work from there.

Sell Smith and Jennings and they have the makings of a nice team in the early stages. With some FA pickups and smart drafting from SVG they'll be fine.

          Done.

I'm fine with Jennings for another year since there is no easy replacement. If they do manage to deal him and bring in another PG, I'd be pleased. I do like Dewiddle, but he'll need time.

He's just pretty raw. But as you said, he's really young and has a ton of potential. I have every expectation that he'll develop into at least a starting level player. But if he doesn't develop then he could bust because I don't really view him as NBA ready just yet.

Traded for Russ Smith and Patric Young will play for the summer league team. I'd say the Pelicans did a good job considering they had no draft picks.

I don't like Anderson that much, he's extremely skilled, but just not the guy who normally "takes off" in the league.. BUT, San Antonio would be the one team that could take him and mold him into a big time player. I think it's a huge steal.

Can't believe people are defending Viktor Khryapa 2.0. SMH

I would've kept both picks, but that's just me.

LMAO at that comparison.. I hope he's great just because oh how much you down him..

Big East is not a "garbage conference".. And again he didn't just tear it up, he dominated more so than guys like even Melo and Durant did.

Even if he never amounts to anything in the league you are so far underrating what he's done in college that I can't even imagine you actually watched him play a game. You're a trip man.

I think he's just an amazing fit in that system and will be a steal. He's a guy that has to get into the right "system" of play to make use of his talents.
I think he'll be the best of the 3 UCLA guys, despite being picked after Lavine & Adams (I have no idea why Adams was picked before him).

I really like the McDermott pick, great shooter with a nice little fade from the post. Bulls need all the shooting help it can get. I was more concerned about how all this affects Melo/free agency especially now that we had to absorb Anthony Randolph's contract apart of the trade.

as far as anderson goes, i think he could be a hedo turkoglu, but the good orlando hedo, not phoenix/toronto.

Cavs play the Bucks on the first day of the summer league, first Wiggins vs Parker matchup in their nba careers. Considering it's the summer league I'm pretty excited for that lol

Interesting note.....The Raptors pick who was "2 years away from being 2 years away" will be on the NBA roster this season(and could be sent to D-League depending on how he does in NBA)

Obviously would be great if he is, but Raptors history doesn't really provide any real reason why people should think he will develop into that player.
