    Re: 2014 Draft Discussion

    My own mock draft(11-20):

    11. Denver Nuggets: SG Gary Harris 6-4 205lbs So. - Denver is that kind of team that played bad because of injuries. But if they something need, that is shooting guard. Gary Harris could be a good role player for the Nuggets.

    12. Orlando Magic: SF Kyle Anderson 6-9 230lbs So. - Magic are in need of small forward. Hedo Turkoglu played big role as point forward in the Magic many years. Kyle Anderson is the same kind of player. Also, if Jameer Nelson flops, Kyle could play point.

    13. Minnesota Timberwolwes: SF Dario Saric 6-10 225lbs Intl-94 - Another point forward. T-Wolwes needs small forward, and Dario Saric is one of the best Europeans to come in few years. Also, if Kevin Love moves, Dario has the size and strength to play 4.

    14. Phoenix Suns: SF Rodney Hood 6-8 208lbs So. - Suns needs a 3. Rodney Hood would be a steal for the Suns. He is a good shooter, who could fit in the Suns lineup.

    15. Atlanta Hawks: PF Adreian Payne 6-10 240lbs Sr. - Hawks could use a big man in case if Al Horford is still injured. Payne is experience to be a role player.

    16. Chicago Bulls: PG Jordan Clarkson 6-4 186lbs Jr. - Derrick Rose has been injured for how long. Bulls could use another point guard, maybe to spare those minutes at the 1.

    17. Boston Celtics: C Jusuf Nurkic 6-11 280lbs Intl-94 - Celtics have only one legit center. Nurkic shows good size with big wingspam. Those two would be good for each other.

    18. Phoenix Suns: SG Nik Stauskas 6-6 207lbs So. - Suns without pure shooting guard could use a pure shooter. Stauskas could be one of those steals in the draft.

    19. Chicago Bulls: SF Cleathony Early 6-7 210lbs Sr. - Bulls have just one pure small forward. Early would suit well for the Bulls with other great shooters.

    20. Toronto Raptors: SF Glenn Robinson III 6-7 211lbs So. - Same thing as with Bulls. Robinson III has the ability to play 15 minutes in game next season.

      - only way the Cavs deal the #1 to a team like the Sixers is if it is a multi-team deal with the Cavs acquiring multiple picks and assets/veterans.

Looks like Philly would need to send 3,10 and MCW to get #1.

If I was Cleveland, I would trade Waiters and the 1st to Philly.. Ideally for MCW pick3 and pick 10. Or MCW, Wroten, pick 3. But I also think Wroten will have a "breakout" year within the next couple seasons. I would probably even consider Wroten, pick 3, pick 10.

Start Kyrie and MCW together, allows Kyrie to play off the ball slightly more with less pressure on him to be a "better playmaker".. Leaves Cleveland with Parker or Embiid in the draft, either would make a great fit.

But then again, with Cleveland's draft history, that 10th pick would probably be completely wasted.

why include waiters when they can probably get 3,10 and MCW for the #1 alone? then you have waiters to move in another deal.

Because Waiters is already a chemistry issue, and thinks he's better than what he really is. He said last year he could go to Philly and be their best player, well here is his shot.

                Re: 2014 Draft Discussion

Idk how unfair it really is. I don't think MCW is as good as some people do though. I think everything he did was inflated due to where he played.

He's ridiculously inefficient.. Needed like 15 shots to score 16 ppg, shoots about 40% from the field and a little over 20% from 3.. I just think he's underrated and far from untouchable.

I think it's more unrealistic for Philly to trade both picks than it is for them to trade MCW.

OK so Cleveland keeps the #1 and takes Wiggins and philly is SOL, what makes you think Cleveland trades for anything less then the moon?

LOL its more then fair considering Cleveland has to be impressed to make the trade in the first place, they don't NEED to trade down but Philly MUST trade up if they want Wiggins.

by that logic they should move Irving, Irving was the real problem in the locker room last year between Bynum, Waiters and Thompson

It all depends on what Philly's perception of Wiggins is.. If they really feel he's the next LeBron, Durant, level player then they should trade any and everything they have to in order to get him.. And we shouldn't question it.

If they don't, then they shouldn't "overspend".. It depends on how they view him.

I don't think they need to trade anything and risk having to "settle" for Jabari. But I'm not them, idk what they think of Wiggins.

Irving is their best player, he's a franchise-level player nearly anywhere he goes. Waiters is not, he just thinks he is.

Why are the Sixers giving up the ROY for Waiters for a pick that's two above their own, as well as the fact that they'd have a chemistry problem. I think Cleveland stays number one and drafts Embiid. Cleveland tried Deng last season, and if he couldn't fill the wing spot I don't think a rookie could. Cleveland desperately needs a shot blocking presence so I don't think they're going to trade this pick

Because the guy they supposedly want has very little to chance to lasting to their pick, that's why. no way the Cavs give up waiters in the deal. Deng has literally nothing to do with anything and theres no shot blockers worth trading the #1 pick this year for.
