No long term concern for Embiid's back, and Cavs are locking in on him are some of the reports in Cleveland.

giannis is what 6-10 now? and i saw a few "doctor" predictions saying they expect him to tople out around 7. he can easily play the 4 the way the nba is if he is about 230+ and develops even a slight post game

Sounds like Orlando is falling more and more in love with Smart. Hopefully they take him at 4 so Parker or Exum is there at 5.

Depends how bad Cleveland wants Embiid. With the talent available to the top three picks I think the trade is actually fair. But they run the risk of Embiid not being there at 3.. Also already have a few guys who play where Thad can, they would have to make other trades.. Otherwise I'm not sure it's worth it for them to take on his contract when they have so many other guys they'll need that money for.

I didn't say Parker was going at 4 lol, I said Smart might.

Rumors were that Milwaukee wants to move Knight to the 2, so Exum would be the ideal pick there if they want to go that direction, since he has great size for a point.

That would get Wiggins or Embiid to Philly, followed by Orlando taking Smart and Utah getting Parker.

Of course, it's a pipe dream, but it's entirely possible.

Randle is denying that he is going to need surgery, but it will be interesting to see if he falls at all. If he's healthy, he's the most NBA ready player in this class imo. He's going to be a double double guy for 10+ years in the NBA. He might not have the potential Embiid, Wiggins & Exum does but his floor is higher than theirs are imo.

Smart isn't that guy to me. He'd just be another SG/PG like Oladipo. If Parker is available and Orlando doesn't take him...they'd be making a huge mistake. Take Parker at 4 and then grab Ennis at 12 (ideally trading down) for your pure PG.
