Jabari is my bet for ROY in this year's draft. I really hope he lands in Milwaukee. Go Park!

I really wish we was maybe up a spot or two. Seems like we're content on a few prospects I'm not feeling.

im sure alot of teams in the late teens/20s are hoping so, but i dont think he drops out of the lotto even with surgery

mattum, parker has nowhere to play in orlando right now. AA and harris are taking up the 3/4 spots and i really dont see orlando wanting to trade either, but if its true that they are going to get rid of nelson then it opens the door for oladipo to completely move to PG and slip AA down to get parker into the 3. besides, if parker is still there @ 4 someone is getting fired from those first 3 teams

There are lots of rumors of Afflalo being on the block. So Parker would be a solid fit, though I think that might make Harris move to the bench. And you're still stuck with no PG.

AA is primarily a SG and he wants to be traded to a playoff team. I think they trade him or play him at his true SG position with Oladipo at PG and draft pick PG at 6th man. If you trade AA, play Oladipo at SG and draft pick at PG. Jabari is not a PF so he's not taking minutes from Harris/Vuvecic.

I wouldn't pick Parker if I was Orlando because why try to fill a hole that is already kind of filled when you have a gaping hole at another position. I'm on team Exum for them

We are responding to Jazzman's post where Milwaukee takes Exum at 2 and Wiggins and Embiid are also taken. So the choice is Parker or Smart. Or whoever else they'd want to take.

But yes I don't think Parker will be available and Exum is the best player in terms of need.

this might sounds nuts, but what about vonleh @ 4? he fills a defensive need in the paint playing PF, him and vuc together would be a rebounding nightmare for teams and he can stretch the floor. This also allows tobias to play the 3, afflalo the 2, and then you play oladipo @ point, and draft a backup point with pick 2

this would then give utah jabari and boston smart/exum, which im down for!

                        2014 Draft Discussion

Harris already moved to the bench at the end of the season because O'Quinn was playing so well at power forward, and because Harris can play SF/PF. Mostly PF.

They would just start Oladipo, Aaflalo, Parker, Harris, Vucevic. But ideally, for them, they move Afflalo and find a point guard.

No way they draft a power forward, IMO.. That's where most of their young talent plays. Harris, O'Quinn, Nicholson. And they have Maxiell as well.

Harkless is the only true small forward on the team. Other than him you have Afflalo out of position, or Harris playing small forward despite him being a power forward ever since he joined the team. So yes, they do need a point guard, but if there isn't one and Parker is available there is no good reason not to take him. Especially since Afflalo, Harkless, and even Harris all become decent trade bait once they land Parker.

Nooo, Utah is at pick 5. I think what they are saying is that the Bucks might take him at 2 because they want to move Knight to SG and already have Giannis at SF.. And apparently Orlando likes Smart, which would move Parker to 5th and Utah could grab him..

At least that's what I think was going on in that conversation. I didn't go back and read.

But I think Utah would take Exum at 5, play him at shooting guard. Hayward at small forward, Burks stays 6th man.

No I don't think there is a chance any of it happens lol.

I highly doubt anyone other than Embiid, Parker, Wiggins, is picked in the top 3.
