Seriously though, I never really expected him to sign here. Since I've been following basketball, when you think about the highest profile players that Bulls were able to get outside of the draft, the best names that come to mind - Dennis Rodman, Carlos Boozer, Ron Mercer, Brad Miller, Fred Hoiberg, Kyle Korver.... lol

Maybe it's the history of crime or the segregation or corruption, or the new wave of drill music, but Chicago isn't as appealing as we think it is. Plus Jordan's publicly bashing of bulls management probably still lingering in some people's minds.

Oh I've said all along that I thought he was staying in New York. However I did feel if he was leaving, this was the place he would/should come.

I'm just generally tired of seeing the Bulls get used by free agents though. I see people always clowning Jerry about being cheap without any legit reasons to back up that claim other than stuff that happened 25 years ago that still doesn't make sense even then. But then when he's got the checkbook out and ready to roll out the Brinks truck, nobody has any real interest even though all we here is 'big market, big market, big market' about these guys. Guess we should go ahead and actually act like a small market team and low ball guys and blow everything up and just suck until we hopefully get lucky in the lottery.

Nobody is going to trade for Rose with that contract at this point. I'm starting to feel like we should just start selling everything off though.

i always thought Pau was a team-first kinda guy... that was the impression i got from him watching him since 2008..

He definitely is, he just has a habit of speaking out publicly about in house things....and that doesn't happen in SA....

There is a strong movement on the net that seems to think LeBron back to CLE is done.. lol

There are LOTS of positive vibes concerning LeBron coming back to Cleveland from those connected in the city.

I'm not saying it's going to happen, but there's a lot of smoke out there on this one.

Exactly, there are a bunch of Clevelander's, just random ones who claim to have different connections to the Cavs' org who are saying LeBron is back. I obviously have reservations but it's interesting nonetheless
