I like Marshall as a backup actually.

ordan Schultz @Schultz_Report
Hearing that Lakers have moved to front of the Eric Bledsoe sign-and-trade line. Suns want Julius Randle + HOU first-rounder.
Don't know who this guy is other than he is verified on twitter and seems to be a sports reporter, so :/ Phoenix's demands in this are even more ludicrous than Bledsoe's.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Come on now, ya'll can miss me with the "There goes bitter Pack again" mess because that has nothing to do with it, lol.
But let's not act like PGs in D'Antoni's system don't benefit more from it than any other position on the court.
Marshall certainly isn't a special player but I think he's shown he could stick around the league as a backup.
But hey, let's hope the 3rd time's the charm for him since this is 3 teams in his first 3 years and usually when that happens to young dudes early on, more times than not it doesn't end well for them.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Random post about real old news but I went back and was reading that RealGM thread from the dude who broke the Kidd to Milwaukee story and it still made my blood boil how that ***** pulled that crap on us behind our backs. All I can say is that Kidd is a two timing, weazelsnake(did this on purpose because one is as bad as the other)***** *** Mother ****** who I no longer have any type of respect for. And if the Nets wanted to take his jersey down from the Rafters, I wouldn't even bat an eye at it.
As for the Bucks, I hope they stay irrelevant and never get good and Kidd flops there and that Jabari, Giannis and any other good prospect they have all leave without accomplishing anything there. They knew what they were doing when they pulled that crap with Kidd(This will be the last time I'll ever type that clown's name on this forum again) and tried to play it off like nothing was wrong.
Like I said, this was a random post but I didn't expect to get even more pissed after reading that thread again once the dust settled, lol.
Now back to your daily Wiggins/Love trade talk discussion.

Basically just what I said except it's more "positive" than my post, lol.

He is excellent at passing the ball and has good court vision, but he can't shoot and is not a good defender either. That is not a good combination.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

I guess well see...
Funny enough, a couple of guards who have been bounced around early in their careers got some nice contracts this summer....Comment

And I guarantee the ones that did were really, really good at the ONE thing they were known for or were multi-dimensional and shown they were good at it for more than half a season in comparison to Marshall.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Kendall Marshall is not a backup PG in the NBA either imo. Like you said in D'Antoni's system their numbers are always inflated.
He is excellent at passing the ball and has good court vision, but he can't shoot and is not a good defender either. That is not a good combination.
He actually shot really well last season. His label was always that he couldn't shoot, if he's developed that now though he can be a very solid back up.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Yeah, the hole in the Lakers & Bledsoe rumor is that if Randle has signed (which I thought he finally did), he can't be traded for a month, so Phoenix is going to have to wait awhile if that's actually the case.NFL: Bills
NBA: Bucks
MLB: Cubs
NCAA: Syracuse
Soccer: USMNT/DC United

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Lakers already went out and landed Boozer and Davis. I wonder if possibly they aren't as impressive with Randle as they imagined they would be and they are the ones wanting this trade.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
i see LAL wants to be just good enough to not make the playoffs, yet finish to well for them to keep their own pick. logic
@oj, he sure as hell doesnt look impressive. but id rather have his potential than boozer and davis..Comment
