Did Lebron do that? Does Lebron not contacting him by now say that he did or did not do that?

As I said, all this reading between the lines of an invisible book about Lebron James says absolutely nothing about whether the Cavs will get Love or if Wiggins would be involved if they did. Just like the Heat drafting Napier didn't mean he was coming back. People are seriously reaching.

If the first time he speaks to the kid is the first day of practice it won't make a difference. It's just a big reach.
The whole topic isn't even about that though man. I was talking strictly about the fact that they hadn't spoken to one another at all and that it was a little odd. Didn't say it would make a huge deal in anything or anything like that. I even said, without the Bron not mentioning him in the letter thing this just raises an eyebrow at best. However taking that part into account, this does seem like a red flag.

I also still don't see the "too busy" angle. You could send a text from the bathroom if you were so inclined. A quick "hey looking forward to playing with you" or "welcome to Cleveland, you're gonna love it here" or something like that is something that takes no time at all. Unless Bron suddenly doesn't have access to a cell phone or tablet ever the busy thing is a little hollow.

I didn't say he was too busy, I'm saying why does he have to be "so inclined"? Whether he has or hasn't doesn't really matter. And honestly, if he did send him a text and Wiggins was still traded it still wouldn't matter. You're fishing in the desert with this one.

So like I said... nothing to do with what we're talking about.

Eh, I don't see anything wrong with what King said, I understand if you were to disagree but he isn't saying anything outlandish or silly and I don't think he's reaching (outside of the Twitter comment lol)

Wrong? It's his opinion... I hope King didn't think I was digging into him. I'm sure some people agree that James not contacting Wiggins is some kind of sign. I'm sure others agree with me that saying that is reaching. I don't know, I disagree bc I think it's reaching so not sure where to go with your response.

Well you said one of his posts was laughable and also that he's fishing in the desert in another. Don't really have to go anywhere with a response, I just think King's posts were not laughable nor fishing in the desert

Shawn Marion met with the Cleveland Cavaliers in Cleveland on Monday, according to sources.

Marion remains a free agent and is unlikely to re-sign with the Dallas Mavericks.

So you disagree with me... that's cool.

Yes, I think analyzing who Lebron has contacted to determine if a trade unrelated to him will be made is laughable (especially when capped with whether he follows him on twitter)... and "fishing in the desert" as in reaching for something that doesn't exist.

I guess I took the word "outlandish" to be a bit stronger than my feelings are about it, but "silly" probably is about right. Still got love for the King though.

It's all good. We're all just a bunch of bball heads talking shop. Lord knows I've come off as digging at people before around the site lol. No big deal.

Wanted to add though that I wasn't talking about you with the busy thing, wwharton. I was just talking about that notion in general that LeBron would be so busy that he couldn't find time to shoot out a one or two sentence text if he really wanted to do it.

Good for Trix. I'm unfortunate that the way the roster ended up shaping up that he won't be back, one of my favorite Mavs players ever honestly, always put in max effort and played through a lot of bull****. He should spend his last few years with a serious contender for the Finals, I'd still say the Mavs would be more of a dark horse to win another ring at this point, and he doesn't have much time left as an effective player. Cavs are really the perfect situation for him.

Ain't no notion, I brought it up, I don't know why that point was locked into though, lol...but like Wiggins said:

“No. I’m sure he’s busy. I feel like I’m busy, so I am sure he’s busy.”
Maybe it was that, maybe it's the fact that he's been in trade talks so "I'm excited to play with you" just comes off as awkward, maybe he did get a text, after all the question was if he talked to him.

ain't no tellin'...I just didn't think the fact they haven't talked was odd...that's all.
