I see I missed all the fun. Some of ya'll(and by that I mean 1 or 2 people here)are real funny man. It's the same **** regardless every year here.

OJ, let's just say I agree with pretty much most of what you said but you were also wasting your time with this argument considering who you were having it with lol.

Anyway, Patrick Beverley has re-upped with the Rockets on a 4 year deal. If that's been posted already than my apologies.

Would be a fantastic move but there's no way we can afford him.



We'll more than likely pick up Lin, some cheap backup center and then bring back guys like Charlie V and hopefully grab a 3 point specialist for cheap.

You can have Deron finally.

It's 3 years later and he's damaged goods at this point but ya'll can probably get more out of him than we could.

Could they sign and trade Rondo to get DC back from the Kings, or even Deron from BK?

Cavs apparently showing interest in Stuckey.. Hopefully that means no more JR Smith.. But not sure how he's a great fit, I didn't think he was that great of a shooter unless I'm mistaken.

He's a more refined Waiters IIRC. He shot a good percentage from 3 last year but he didn't take a lot of them. Maybe 2 per game.

He's sure as hell a better defender than JR. I'm just not sure he's the right guy.

What they really needed was a guy like Mo/Brooks who can give some scoring from the guard spot. And a back up small forward who might be able to play some minutes at SG if needed. Like Brewer/Green type.

Miller and Jones ain't getting it done. Miller looks like it hurts him to make it up and down the court lol and Jones got scored on every time he checked in, regardless of who he was guarding.

Honestly, I wouldn't hate the move, but I'd rather try to get Lin honestly. If nothing else because he has less injury concerns and because of his age. He's not half bad in the PnR either.

I think it'd be a decent fit. Stuckey is solid and had a good year last year.

I think DAJ is a tremendous signing and it will be interesting how he improves under Carlisle. Huge upgrade in my mind over what they have my problem is I don't think they have much depth and Dirk is getting older so how much better will they ultimately be.

I think he's an upgrade over Chandler, but Chandler was what 7 mil cheaper and DAJ will not be playing next to the best PG in the NBA now who set up everything for him. Jordan is very good defensively and a good rebounder, but considering he has no offensive game is that really worth the max?

Rockets and Kings should work on a trade around Collison & T-Jones.

edit: Or Kings could ship him to Dallas for some 1st rounders since they don't have much attractive assets.

Eh Max with all the big contracts going out....and the cap(yeah i know)But Yeah I think he's worth it. I guess I'm higher on him than most. and CP3 was huge for him but I think he will be just fine.
