Maybe that was the only offer he was given by teams. Because there were no reported offers out there that I saw. The only I know he got he was from Toronto. And being from Boston I would've heard about reported offers for him. Hell during this past week we spent a lot of time talking about a trade that came from a switchboard operator and cars salesman. So I can safely say that we would've heard about an offer given to Sullinger.

@Mike_Bresnahan
Clarification: Nance's hand was broken, not wrist. Six to eight weeks is norm for this type of injury. He'll see hand specialist Friday.

Los Angeles Lakers forward Larry Nance, Jr., who was injured in the 4th quarter of last night’s 88-80 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Las Vegas Summer League, was examined today in Los Angeles by team physician Dr. Steve Lombardo and hand specialist Dr. Steve Shin of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic. Results of the examination and MRI showed a sprained right wrist, but no fracture or ligament damage. Nance will not play in the Lakers’ final Summer League game tonight, and his status moving forward is day to day.Comment

Nice pay raise for Manu this year after making $2.8 million last year.
I'm glad he's back, though. I figured he was done after last year. I didn't expect him to outlast Tim Duncan in his tenure as a Spur, but here we are. I'm not sure he's worth the money the Spurs are going to pay him, but as I understand it he doesn't really cost the Spurs anyone, and Gasol was a great pickup, so we'll see. I expect the 2016-2017 Spurs to be better than the 2015-2016 edition, but the Warriors now have Kevin Durant, so they need to be. At least OKC shouldn't be as good next year, I guess...Comment

Not a fan of 'loyalty contracts' but I'll be a hypocrite here and say Manu deserves it. At least it's one year and it's not like it's costing us our future...Comment

They need dudes at this point that are reliable enough to eat up minutes during the regular season. Birdman will be on the bench during the playoffs, just like Mozgov.Comment

Idk, if its all about eating regular season minutes id rather see youth to develop. Dakari Johnson in particular, he needs to land some minutes somewhere.

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
I thought he was done when Pop let him shoot the team out of the finals a couple years back but he did well this past season, and he still is valuable to them.
There is definitely worse out there, but its cool to see Manu getting his tour before he's gone being one of the few successful international players.Comment

six teams were interested in signing Sullinger, including one that offered much better money.
“I’ve always advised my clients not to be a slave to money, and Jared had a deal for twice the money from another team, but it wouldn’t have been as qualitative a situation as going to Toronto,”
