73 wins, the 2 time league MVP, defending champs, and COY in Steve Kerr. Every time we count them out, or think someone finally has their number, they always find a way to adjust and win. Until that happens otherwise, my money is on them to close it out.
No NBA wants to build a new mini version of Magic vs. Bird, Lakers vs. Celtics kind of rivalry.

For that to work Cleveland has to win this time and break the drought.

Lebron initiates way more contact than Curry but guess who's going to be in foul trouble again in game 7.

The refs didn't help Harrison Barnes build that house.

This is the reason you want home court. Barnes makes a couple shots I think Warriors win game 7.

Is Bron the only player in this series with Game 7 Finals experience?

The number of people who are idiots will never surprise me. Most people are claiming it's fixed because the NBA gets more money from having another game. Somebody who knows more could help me out here but I thought the NBA's tv deal means they get a certain amount of money per year. Any advertising money for the games would go to ESPN/ABC/The Mouse right?

Of course you can tell someone that and they respond with, "they just want the storyline" and you die a little inside.

Edit: somebody's already working the storyline angle a few posts up. Please wait till after Sunday to post these so you can combine your theory with sadness and anger.

Yep. The league, ESPN/ABC, team owners, players union and it's players all conspired to force a game 7. There is nothing far fetched about that at all.

Watching Kerr talk about refs and what the Cavs do defensively was funny to hear, he pretty much explained how his team's defense works.

I just hope Shumpert can provide something offensively this series, especially when he is getting open shots. Not worried about Kyrie and LBJ offensively, but every one else needs to step up or keep it going. Going to be interesting to see how Love is used in game 7, think Cavs will make an effort to not have him defending Green or any of their perimeter players.

It only requires the league, specifically how it directs the officials to ref. the game.

They've been managing games since the '80s.

When they want certain stars and teams to win badly enough, we have series like the Lakers vs. the Kings with one team getting 32 FTs in the fourth quarter.

Just hamstring certain key players with foul trouble, while allowing nobody role players to do whatever they want.

You want to dismiss Donaghy completely because you want to believe it's only about pure competition, not a business. Boxing is obviously a business, which decides big title matches with judges, who often scored matches in a way to boost lucrative rematches. The NBA is really beyond reproach when it comes to the possibility of manipulating results to maximize profits?

Knowing what we all know about the NBA, is it really that preposterous to suggest that the league may try to rig or fix a game?

At the end of the day though when it came to Game 6, it didn't really matter anyways. Cavs outplayed the Warriors from the opening tip and didn't need any help from the zebras.

I think Kerr is worried about the officiating continuing for game 7, which is why he pointed it out.

Hey it worked for Lebron and Lu after game 4. Lu got fined but he's gotten his money's worth and then some.

Let's see if Kerr gets value out of that fine.

Probably too late, NBA is loving the idea of Cavs winning so they can set up a rivalry going back and forth.

Kerr Honestly should've pointed out the off ball stuff before game 7. It's a little late now.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

It's not rigged. The refs just suck, no matter what teams are playing. And again, it didn't matter for game 6 because Cleveland had that game won after the first quarter.

I never entertain these conversations about the refs cheating or the NBA is in on it. So I just watched the game again. Both sides got away with calls here and there. Does anyone remember Kevin Love's second foul. He didn't touch Green in the air. But got called for a foul. Last night the Cavs beat them. The Warriors started out flat again.
