Hell I still believe that LeBron is the best all around or could dominate/impact games in more ways than any player I've ever watched. But you guys can decided where trophies and plaques put a number value on him. That's irrelevant to me.

Jordan is the most dominant scorer I've seen, a super hero in a basketball jersey for me growing up. The most exciting athlete of all time, the ultimate competitor. He's GOAT for a reason, his impact on the game of basketball is immeasurable.

I've always said I've got Kareem, Jordan, LeBron. That's my top tier. And that had nothing to do with this finals, or if LeBron even made the finals.

It's not taking away or rewarding. It's establishing a way to compare both of their careers equally, since arbitrarily deciding to compare at ages is always going to be skewed.
I see what you're saying and fair enough about age; however, comparing accumulated seasons isn't equal either and the truth is, there may never be an equal comparison even once LeBron retires. We're comparing a guy straight out of high school to a guy that played 3 years at North Carolina. That's why I think age has more relevance in the discussion than same amount of seasons, cause MJ was still playing basketball at high-level competition 18-21 years old, it just wasn't the NBA.

I was never intending to debate between the two, it was just cool to see that they've accomplished the same amount at the same age. Like I said, I'm stans for both and I know that LBJ has ways to go to catch MJ's overall greatness. And we will know for sure if he ever does once he retires.

If Lebron made that 3 instead of Kryie I would have jump on the Lebron is the number 2 best player. But he was Beast in the series. No doubt there and was a big factor why they won.

Season/Finals saving block wasn't enough? It has to be a shot?

Doesn't change my life. But I will say what I feel.

So you hold it against LeBron not taking the final shot of a big playoff game (even though he's done that and you blatantly ignore it).. But you don't hold it against Magic that he's had teammates outplay him in finals series? Take the finals MVP from him.. So LeBron can be the best player on his team but not shoot the last shot, but Magic could be the 2nd best player on his team in a series and it counts for more?

For the record, if someone thinks Magic is better than LeBron it doesn't matter we are at the point where the difference in these top 5 or so guys is very minimal.. I just already knew where you were going with your post.
