In all honesty i still cant believe he's gone. Thought he'd be a Jazz lifer.

Unfortunately, things don't work like that.

The jersey burning stuff I never get anytime it ever happens . Ya, that'll show him. Spending who knows how much on the jersey whenever that person got it, and then burning it after something like this happens. You're still out all that money, and that player did get his cut in that sale too. All jersey burning does is make you look stupid for some extra social media views.

Yup Gobert is a monster and just seems to be fueled by this. His instagram story was him singing "These hoes aint loyal"

I hope Gobert is around for a long long time. In the mean time we need to find someone who can score the amount of buckets that Gordy put up. Maybe Hood steps up? Maybe we sign Gay?

Sounds like it'll be Jae Crowder or Marcus Smart.

My money is on Crowder although that contract is hard to part with, teams will want him due to that and he's already let trolls get to him. Smart I think is a big part of the future so hope it isn't him.

Avery Bradley I would hate to see go but being as hes a FA after next year and I'm not sure how he fits unless he takes another less than market value deal I can't see it working, he would make sense to move in that regard but he is so damn good at what he does and he's a fan favorite can't see them moving him.

*Edit - That's the big one in addition to renoucing Olynyk, Jerebko, Young, Green, and waiving Mickey and Jackson. Sound like Green might return for the minimum.

According to BR, Marcus Smart is the man on the trade block currently.

Saw that but not sure I buy it, maybe denial because I think he has a great future filling the Bradley role but I hope it isn't Smart, I know they'd miss Corwder as stretch 4 but I feel like he's probably more upset about Hayward acquisition.

If they can extend Bradley I would like to keep him, if not then I really really feel like losing Smart will sting.

If the NBA doesn't try something their popularity will fade quickly as everyone will believe it to be a league full of millionaire cry babies who can't even play every game of a "grueling " 82 game season.
Y'all let this go unchecked? I'm disappointed.

It's July 4th (a national holiday and a month after the last meaningful game) and the NBA is dominating the sports world in news and attention. Why? Because Gordan Hayward (somewhere between the 15th and 25th best player in the league. Very, very good but hardly franchise altering.) made his decision.

Yeah, the NBA is in dire straits because of that wanky thing called player choice.

Plot twist: he's actually too loyal and couldn't pass up the opportunity to repay the first person to believe in him as a high school kid.
