- Woj stated a while back that the Spurs have no interest in Lonzo Ball.
- Lakers beat writers are saying that Ingram hasn't been included in any offers yet.
- Boston beat writers are saying that he Celtics haven't offered Brown yet.
- SI reporter is saying that Philly has yet to include Fultz in any offer.
Teams are low-balling San Antonio. They don't have any leverage. However, they also don't have to be in a rush and can hold out to a deal they're comfortable with. I doubt that Pop really has much interest in draft picks or projects. I still say that Pop will be hell bent on not helping the Lakers build a super team but if the other offers don't get any better and the Lakers offer Ingram, Kuz and Randle (S&T) that may be enough to get it done. With that said the Lakers could get in a standoff with the Spurs knowing that they could get Leonard for free next year (although, it would be tough unless they kept one of their max slots available).
There's still a lot that can happen but at this point I'm hoping that the Celtics just run it back. Even if the Spurs gives the Celtics permission to talk to Kawhi I don't trust him enough to give up anything that the other two teams can't easily beat. There's just too much risk involved in a player that may be a head-case who could sit out the whole year if he (or his uncle) isn't happy.
