It is, but at the same time Memphis has to hit on stuff like this because they'll never land a big fish otherwise.

If they aren't confident that they can change a mind after having a guy in their system for 5 years with bird rights coming up for their first extension, I'm not sure anything they do matters.

I'm in the minority of Cavs fans who want Reddish. I don't know that I want him at 5, but if we can use 26 + JR/whatever, and can get him then I want him. I'd love to be able to get up to 3 and grab RJ, but I don't know how feasible that is either. Even if we do take him at 5, I'm ok with it.

I think Reddish will be an absolute stud in the league. If the abdominal injury was legit, that will kill a shooter's %'s. Kid is extremely gifted, and looks to be a hard worker too. I know a lot of people aren't high on him, but I think he'd be a great get.

Trading for one of those Hawks picks and drafting Reddish might be pretty realistic. But that JR Smith trade isn't getting it done lol. Probably isn't a realistic path to RJ unless he somehow dropped to 4.

I also think if anyone gets Jaxson Hayes or Cam Johnson outside of the top 10 they are going to be really pleased. Johnson is projected to be around 20, he might very well be the steal of the draft unless Bol Bol flourishes.

Whats this you say about an abdominal injury?

Getting far away from Williams is the best thing an NBA prospect can do. Roy Williams and Bill Self are prospect killers.
Coby White wasn't even talked about as far as leaving early his freshmen year but with his talents and Roy letting him lead the team in his system is now a top 7 pick? How is that a prospect killer?

I sense the second coming of Nikoloz Tskitishvili. If I'm wrong I'll fess up, but we'll see.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Damn that's low lol. I truly think those days are long gone now. Europeans players with the unknown scouting report and just a comparison to an NBA legend. At least he could be a Okur. Just a spot up shooter. But in a draft like this. It won't hurt anyone to take him. Injuries are the only thing I worry about. But injuries can happen to any player.
