Wow all these Vince haters. I'm sure Rod Thorn doesn't do his homework. Take in mind the Nets traded a guy who doesn't play (Mourning), another guy who doesn't play (Williams) and Eric Williams with two first round draft choices for a proven all star. Yep...horrible trade.

ROFLMAO Carter is a proven all star from 10 year olds punching his name on the all star ballot. Stop equating Vince being a superstar with dunks from 3 years ago. Take it from someone who seen about 90% of Raptor games since Carter's been there. Dunks does not make you a good player. If that's the case then you will be sorely disappointed because Carter has not been a dunker for about 3 years now when he was happy playing in Toronto. In a years time the Nets will be looking to unload VC and will be getting a lot less then what they gave up now. For the Raptors it was addition by subtraction.

Wow. So you don't think Vince is a real All-Star, it's just his talent? Give him a break, VC can still play.

Have you watched him at all this year? He hasn't shown anything to anybody this season, period.

I know for a fact that most Raptor fans are glad to see him go.

                    Toronto/New Orleans

                    NO gives:

                    Jamaal Magloire
                    Chris Andersen

                    Toronto gives:

                    Alonzo Mourning
                    Donyell Marshall
                    picks from NJ

In 2 months, that is the deal you will see.

But I'm not going to base whether he can play or not on this year alone. He clearly wanted out of Toronto. We'll see the old Vince again.

By the way, when is he off the injury list or whatever? I know NJ plays Sunday, but if he is well after that game we could see him in his first Nets action against the Bobcats on Tuesday.

What are you basing your statement on, then? He hasn't played much in the past few seasons, so you have nothing BUT this year to base it on..

I think he has to miss 2-3 more games.
