I was saying it this morning. All the small market teams are getting beat to the punch here. It doesn't matter how much they can offer a player. If he wants to win. He is out of there. Because there is a difference between 150 million to 240 Million lol

It sucks that Cousin got hurt last year. And the Pels were played so well in the playoffs. But this year been really slow.


Question is this good for the league? Just asking.

For me, it doesn't matter. I'm an NBA fan. Atlanta isn't necessarily a small market, but it feels like one. I just enjoy going to the games and seeing some of my favorite players while rooting for my team.

We've been to 3 or 4 Hawks games this year and it's been fun. It's fun family time. Games are relatively inexpensive. My son likes Trae Young and is becoming more of a hoops fan. I get to watch Trae become whatever he develops into up close. That's what it's about.

I'd love the Hawks to be title contenders but since I've been following the NBA there were always only a few teams with a realistic shot anyway. When/if Atlanta's time comes I'll enjoy it even more, but in the mean time I'm just enjoying having an NBA team. It's the same thing with the Braves and Falcons. It's the experience and memories.

I would rather get ride of BI and keep Kuzma. If the other players where the same what do you guys think it would take for that to happen? Would maybe giving 2 first round picks instead of 1 be enough that Pelicans would take BI instead of Kuzma?

So question with the Celtics I known there has been talk about them maybe trying to get AD and Jayson Tatum being part of the trade but what else has been talked about with that? I known it would take more than just Tatum to make it happend but I have not heard any thing about what else they would maybe trade in a package for AD.

Second question I have heard people say that if GS dont get KD back next year that they will not win again and yes it would be a big lose but I am wondering if he left and was of the books would it make it so GS can spend more on other players to maybe improve there bench? Oh would they only be able to add guys with the MLE still?

Pelicans wanting tampering fines, Lonzo wanting to go to a third team.. talks must be further advanced between these two teams in particular than they have been letting on..

What's funny is that people act like he sucks or something. Yes he has not lived up to the hype this year but what about the fact he had a big time improvement from year 1 to year 2 and is still really young? He may not be a allstar but man some people act like he is just some bench warmer who like cant even find is way into a rotation or something.

Who knowns there are always so many reports and like rumors about trades that never happen and like even more so with the lakers and with all the guys the lakers where like supposed to get the last 5 years or so that I will not belive it until I see that AD has officially been traded.

If AD gets traded before the deadline and this does not go into the offseason I sure hope it happends like tomorrow or the day after and that we dont have to go like all the way up un till just before the deadline with like a million different reports.

Brandom Ingram could benefit from a change of scenery. When LeBron's in town, there no development. It's championship or bust. Jist like with D'Lo, different environments with less expectations could allow him to flourish.

Kuz provides more now which makes him bigger asset. What hurts BI is the KD comp. I like comps in draft but just to figure out what type of player he can be. But you can't just draft on potential and a elite player comp. I don't think BI is a good fit along side Bron and AD. With those 2, you need to be a shooter.
