Originally posted by ludacris06Who did they try to trade him to then? Back in 2000, I could understand why the Sixers were trying to dump Iverson, but now he's a different person. He attended practices, not as outspoken as he was before, and he's willing to help out his teammates. It's not the same anymore.
Saying all this stuff tells me you really don't know......aw hell.....whatever you say, dudeComment

Sure AI's 76ers made one appearance in the finals ,of course that's not saying much when you play in the JV conference.
I don't buy the argument that AI has to jack up so many shots because he's always been a lone wolf.
In 96 he had Stackhouse and Coleman
In 97 he had Stackhouse, Coleman, Jackson, and Thomas
In 98 he had Stackhouse, Coleman, Jackson, and Thomas
In 99 he had Kukoc and Hughes
In 2000 he had Kukoc and McKie
In 2001 he had Coleman, McKie, and Harpring
In 2002 he had Van Horn, Thomas, Coleman, and McKie
In 2003 he had Robinson, Thomas, Coleman, and McKie
In 96 - Iverson was a rookie, Stackhouse was a 2nd year player and Coleman was banged up. Stackhouse never made his teammates better nor did
Coleman and STILL don't.
97' - Stackhouse was TRADED after about 25 games to Detroit for Ratliff and McKie both defensive players.. Coleman was missed another 20-30 games and Thomas was a rookie who never lived up to the hype much and still doesnt.
98' - Stackhouse/Coleman weren't a part of the team. Thomas was traded for.. Tyrone Hill and another useless player
99' - Hughes was traded halfway through the season which involved getting Kukoc.. never had both on the same team at once, and at that time hughes was nothing more than 10ppg.
00' - Kukoc never accelled in the sixer system and was traded to ATL.. Sure McKie was there.. more of a defensive presence along with Snow.. No more than 10 or so ppg.
01',02 - Wow Coleman again.. thought they'd learn, again a decent option WHEN healthy.. missed over 40 games during these combined seasons. Harpring was a solid 10 or so points a game. Van Horn was a solid option in 2002, too bad Harpring had left or they'd had been a decent trio. Don't know who Thomas is, it surely isn't Tim Thomas.
03' - Robinson is a JOKE who barely played 40 games. Coleman managed to play 34 games averaging 8ppg while McKie didn't even get to 10ppg.I do because I can, I can because I want, I want because you say I can'tComment
