I don't get yours either. We were talking about scoring and bad shots. Why did assists come up?

I assumed you were saying he takes bad shots because he wouldn't pass the ball instead.

Frustration kills slowly ... you should be grateful that he took your home town to the Nba Finals.. during that Finals a player known as Jumaine Jones was starting in one of the games and other player known as Raja Bell was playing some significant minutes. The second best player on that team was Mutombo who was facing Shaq. Do you really think McGrady, Bryant or Carter
would have played better? For God's sake Iverson was averaging more points than Shaq in the Finals, and he didn't have a player like Kobe, he didn't have a 3 point shooter like Horry. At the beginning of his career AI was a very young rookie. Ok, he had Stackhouse and Coleman, but he was still a rookie. I would be grateful. Maybe you would like Iverson to look like Marbury? And where is S.Marbury right know? What he has accomplished? In 96 some people were saying he was better than Iverson. Yeah, he was great....... in Minnesota, playing with KG. Everytime the same story. Iverson is not a perfect player, he's not the GOAT, but give him some respect here ( I'm not talking to you P2K ) for all he's done in this league. Nah uh. I said he takes bad shots because he is a scorer. That is what scorers do. Jordan took bad shots. Kobe takes bad shots. T-mac takes bad shots.

While AI is a good player, he's over-rated when people put him in the same category as Kobe, Shaq, Duncan, and KG.

I do believe he will be in the HoF but he's gotten far more credit and praise from the press and fans that what he deserves based on his play.
