I saw the post you're talking about, it was well-written. Like he says at the end, Woj is clearly a Clippers shill right now but of course a good amount of people will largely dismiss that notion even though it's glaringly obvious. The whole "Klay to the Clippers" garbage Woj spewed out was all the validation anyone needed when literally no one else has mentioned it as a possibility.

If LAC gets nobody, does that impact Wojs rep at all given how he's been their mascot basically this offseason

Kawhi and Jimmy sounds like a really odd combo. Jimmy would probably fit better with him than Harden/CP3 though. I think I'm just sour on Jimmy...don't think the dude is worth the max and I don't know why teams would spend the max on him.


76ers say they're confident they'll re-sign both Jimmy and Tobias.

I won’t complain too much if it ultimately comes to fruition, even if I don’t necessarily love the idea.

A likable to team is all I ask for after last season. Which could have very well been the least likable Celtics team in my lifetime.

I don't even think that story really has anything to do with the Clippers. That's pretty clearly just Klay and his agent trying to make sure Golden State doesn't get cute and offers him the max. They just used the Clippers because it's an LA team and they have the money to offer him if Golden State doesn't.

Maybe, I don't know why anyone thinks GS won't offer him the max though. They've never given any indication they wouldn't, just a few weeks ago Klay's dad said Klay is for sure staying in GS. Just seems like made-up crap just to have something to talk about.

He literally said “Klay would be OPEN TO A MEETING” wtf part of that is “shilling” for the Clippers or saying Klay is going there. Shouldn't be a shock to you or anyone I have it out for Woj, he's been salty and had an agenda against LeBron for over a decade now.

What Ballmer's doing may end up working and it's a very concentrated, smart effort on his part. He's made tons of moves to make the Clippers APPEAR to be an attractive destination, and one of those moves is clearly leveraging one of the most powerful influences in the NBA media, Woj. But it's all fluff until they actually do something of substance because even during their peak Lob City years, they were still little brother in town.



I think one of the main reasons people think Kawhi to the Clippers makes sense is because Kawhi is a different kind of guy, so he would be the one to choose Clippers over the Lakers. But from arguably a basketball standpoint (he could help form the greatest trio ever) and a business/branding standpoint, Lakers make way more sense than the Clippers do.


So maybe Kawhi breaks the mold and becomes the guy that would choose the Clips over the Lakers. But until it happens, I'm not gonna hold my breath.

I also find it funny that YOU were the loudest voice in this whole forum 3 years ago not calling Kevin Durant a snake but flat out calling him a BITCH every chance you got for going to Golden State and just like the rest of the phonies and casuals you touted all this "competition" and ruining the league garbage for teaming up with them, but you're in here losing your **** about a reporter even suggesting the notion of the Clippers being a desired landing spot for Kawhi over teaming up with your boy and Davis in LA even though this would **** all over what GS did considering this would literally be the 3 top players at their positions, 3 defensive player of the year candidates every year in their primes teaming up to **** the entire league over for the next 2 seasons at least. It's just laughable at this point with the level of your hypocrisy on all fronts.
