    Re: NBA Draft 2020

If im a GM im not touching this draft. Edwards has been unimpressive in the workouts and his quote about not even being into watching basketball just screams bust to me. And then with Lamelo apparently bombing interviews (ive never been high on him tbh), Wiseman is going top 3 for sure, most likely top 2... There just isn't good top end talent.

Ive heard good things about Haliburton, but thats about it.

Yea apparently Haliburton is a world class person and teammate on top of elite basketball IQ.

I'm not sure if this is true... gonna be a wild night

        @McDNBA

BREAKING - sources say projected Lottery pick Onyeka Okongwu currently has an injured foot.

Teams in tonight’s NBA Draft Lottery are a scrambling to get medical info on Okongwu’s foot to determine the severity of the injury.

Okongwu has fans with teams in the mid/late Lottery.

Knicks acquired 23 from Utah for 27 + 38. Knicks must have a guy they love who they think won't last to 27, or it's the start of a bigger move.

The Celtics keep searching for trade pathways to get into the top three of tonight's NBA Draft, league sources say. 10-ish hours left to find one ...

Yes, I would not draft player who says they're not that into basketball. The skills and measurables can be elite, but if a player doesn't live and breath the game then I'll take a lesser talent who lives for the game.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I've not been super impressed with him since the jump anyways, Ball either, but I understand why they are 1 and 2.

I we stay at 23 and draft Terry..I’d be ecstatic.

Let’s see how much of a gambler Leon is.

That comment has to be a turn off for some teams. Thats when an agent tells them to not say things that will hurt your stock. When he says he doesn't watch basketball like that either, makes you wonder how much he studies the game and his opponents. I don't know how I would be drafting some who plays because he knows he has the talent too

sounds like Knicks could have made the move in a attempt to move up a few spots.

Read an article saying the Knicks might have traded up to get a better pick to offer for Kuzma... Surely ****ing not lol that doesn't work for either side.

Per source, Atlanta Hawks plan to keep #6. Obviously any surprise late offers could change that but as of now sounds like ATL comfortable staying put.

Skills and measurables get you to the #1 pick in the draft. Giannis, Kawhi, LeBron, etc. didn't become franchise cornerstones because they checked all the boxes. They got there because they have a work ethic matched by no one. That raw talent has gotten him this far, but he obviously doesn't have that drive to get over the hump.

Bold Prediction: Whoever drafts him is getting Anthony Bennett with a different last name.
