Re: 2020 Offseason Thread
I’m absolutely scared to death about the trade we are going to make. I just keep on refreshing Twitter waiting to see how bad we got ripped off in trading for Hayward. I’ve never seen a GM worse then ours in any sport when it comes to trade value.

Re: 2020 Offseason Thread
Playing three seasons for the Milwaukee Bucks has taught Malcolm Brogdon many things about life on and off the court.
but, there is also this:
Malcolm Brogdon has opened up about his departure from the Milwaukee Bucks, again reiterating his role was key to his decision to leave for Indiana Pacers.
and also this:
While he would have stayed in Milwaukee, Malcolm Brogdon is enjoying his bigger role with the Pacers this season.
I think it's a combination of all three and less on the first link.Comment

Celtics have no leverage in the matter. Your GM would have to really fumble the situation to get ripped off. Would consider them lucky to receive a rational bench piece return at this point. I’m good with whatever return the Celtics might get back though. I want Hayward gone yesterday.
The entire experience has been a nightmare. No fault of his own. Bum luck and cumulation of things out his control soured me on him long ago. Was beginning to despise the guy toward the end.
And beyond my own selfish reasons, a fresh start someplace else would do Hayward some good. Try to salvage what’s left professionally after a few depressing seasons in Boston.

Re: 2020 Offseason Thread
Well looks like Jared Weiss of the athletic says he wouldn't want to come to Atlanta. He says it was for Gordon to create leverage which I'm not sure what that means. Maybe its so they will move him to Indiana ?
Oh trust me I know we have all the leverage here still your GM is a lot smarter then ours is when it comes to trades so I'm worried.
I would like to have him however its tricky to pull off. I'm not giving up a single asset to trade for him unless its a pick swap thing. I'm also not comfortable signing him to 4 year and 80 million dollar deal. I would love to have him with a 1 year trial run and bring him in with our cap space. That could still help Boston out if they want Dedmon and would gain a huge trade exception.
