I'm not in love with what Orlando did, but it makes sense for them to sell, especially on Vucevic. He's 30 and only has 1 more year left. While the Magic have been hit hard by the injury bug, they weren't winning anything with him next year regardless.

I like Wendell Carter and it'll be interesting to see how he plays with more touches. RJ Hampton was a steal at 24 in the 2020 draft. The 2021 Bulls pick should land in the mid-teens, plus Orlando has their own pick which should be top 5. They'll have a lot of cap space unless they decide to resign Porter. Even Gary Harris was a quality player a few seasons ago and is only 26. The Magic can trade Terrance Ross in the offseason too. It's not exactly OKC's rebuild, but there are much worse places to start from.

When I saw that he was 31, I was like that's impossible, I had to look it up to see that he was a 24 year old rookie. I imagine that he will be plan C for some teams.

He’s turned himself into a really good shooter and is solid around the rim just from his length alone. If he was more aggressive, slightly better defender, or a better rim runner he would be a solid grab.

A long shot with the allure of playing time and a championship the Lakers provide will probably prevail, but I sure want Andre Drummond to choose the Celtics.

Drummond would be a hell of a pick up for Boston.

I also didn't realize Drummond and AD were really good friends, lol

Really just depends on where his mindset is though.

It's looking that way. Twitter sauces saying it's Lakers, Celtics, Knicks in the running.

I'm still torn on how much Drummond helps the Lakers though. He obviously has strengths that are an upgrade for them in some ways but he basically fixes zero of their weaknesses..

They really needed a guy who could defend the rim for them, or stretch the floor a bit, preferably both. But their issues haven't really been be able to find the rim, get on some offensive boards, and all of that. Trez basically has that covered, AD when he decides he's not a SG as well.
