yim not jus talkin bout high school players. Young playes in particular eventhough high schoolers make up the majority. HS players not on playoff teams is not necessarily relevant to the draft with all the trades that have happened in the past. a couple of this years hs players were drafted by playoff teams.

SO then why are these playoff teams drafting young players since you don't think that teams can win with them? And if you believe that young players and young teams don't win anything then you have no idea what you're talking about, which really wouldn't be a surprise.

From then players perspetive,why would they be against it?I would think that some vets might lose some jobs to HS rookie's.

If you say that only the finals winners are winning teams then you are excluding a lot of teams. Here's a link for the average ages and you will see that as a whole the nba is a young league and some of the best teams have very young players.

houston, minnesota,hornets,pistons,spurs,nets, and knicks. the top 7 teams that are the oldest!! hmmm if i recall all those teams have been in the playoffs about every year for the last 5 to 10 yrs which ever you prefer. lol IM NICE

Next the young teams:

phoenix, utah, chicago,wizardz,grizz, clippers, sonics

If i recall most of the teams rarely make the playoffs. the jazz should not count they overhauled there roster the last couple years. Suns are an okay team.

I really don't think you can actually base anything off of the 'average' age of the teams.. There are so many of those "non-factor" players that tilt the average one way or another.. whether it be someone like kevin willis or some benchwarmer coming straight out from HS.

That's true but it's dumb to think that just because a team has a majority of young players that they don't do good.
