It's ultra sad. He's only 19 years old. First he had a problem and instead trying to fix it. She kind of made it about money. I just don't understand how this happens 9 times. At 19 years old. My God. There has to be room. Like I wonder if she brought it up to him during any of their sessions. She's like 40? Over 10 years doing this kind of work. Just feel bad for all parties here.

Maybe he can go oversea and get his life straighten out. He's just to young. This Canadian generation

Hopefully Dwight enjoys a long career over there. That's where he can dominate.

Why are the Pistons taking calls on Saddiq Bey? I feel like he fits their timeline perfectly. Supposedly Clipps and Mavs interested.

Did not think the Bogs and Burks to Lakers rumor was even remotely close to being worth both first rounders from LAL.. but **** if they could add Bey to that **** them picks. He’s young with bird rights and cap hit is tiny if they wanted free agent room this off-season.

Surprised John Collins is on the block too. Perhaps Atlanta would be better with a deadeye shooter in that spot though.

Because when teams like the Clips see their window closing they are willing to overpay for guys who could get them over that hump.

I feel like Collins has been on the block for 3 years now. They seem to prefer a stretch 4 that can guard multiple positions, but that team has a lot of issues. They have no starter hitting over 33% of their 3s and they're a terrible rebounding team.

Not sure what Collins's value is at this point, but I feel like he'd be a lot better on another team.

I feel like their shooting wouldn't look as bad if Collins and Trae were shooting close to their normal percentages. Kinda like the Lakers with Bron starting off the year with a massive shooting slump and Pat Bev looking like the worst wide-open 3pt shooting guard in the league.

A bit more understandable with Trae, he takes too many iffy shots to begin with but on top of that he is also going to be the one to hoist up every end of the clock, end of the quarter, desperation attempts as well. That's always going to have him looking like a worse shooter than he is. Teams aren't going to give him open shots. On the other hand Collins is missing what is mostly clean looks, that's going to hurt their spacing quite a bit on top of going form Huerter to Murray.

I feel like the past few years he was on the block because they didn't want to give him a big contract when it looked like he would command a max. Now it seems like the fit isn't ideal but idk what his value would be in a return to greatly improve them. I feel like they will want spacing, defense like you mentioned. As of now Capela and Okongwu have surpassed him by a big gap as far as rim-running and crashing the offensive glass.. So if Collins isn't hitting the 3 ball his value for them drops by a good chunk.

I do agree I think he'll be better somewhere else. He's got a lot of talent, outside shot is better than advertised, knocks down his free-throws, can do more with the ball than given the chance with ATL. Defense has always been up and down, situation always has a big impact on that end though. Just feels like most teams that are right on the cusp of being really good don't have enough to get him and ATL likely doesn't want picks as they are in the same boat.

Sell high I guess. It feels like they'd rather pay Stewart and Killian from that draft class. At first it seemed Detroit nailed all 3 picks, then Hayes sucked. Stewart was all energy and fan favorite (who can forget him trying to murder Bron?), Bey had the 50 burger last year and seemed like he'd be the guy to get money (Stewart added a 3 to his game and is actually shooting it better than Bey this year)... Then Detroit signed Bogdonavic and already extended him. Weaver isn't ****ing around, even though I still don't like Hayes lol
