      Re: NBA Draft 2023

Something about his game I'm just not in love with. That slight lack of explosiveness and athleticism, feels like he struggles to create space or turn the corner even at the collegiate level. I'd not be shocked at all if his actual height was like 6'6 or 6'7 and the top of his hair is what is actually 6'9. He looks small to me. But when I see him go up and get a dunk it looks like old Darius Miles highlights where his foot is like 3 inches off the ground lol. Not that it matters ultimately, but I could see him getting to the next level and looking incredibly average as a wing player instead of a guy whos got a nice size, length, athletic advantage over his current comp.

Not saying I wouldn't take him top 5, I'm not blown away with this class as of yet, but idk that he's the prospect I'd sell the farm to get. Jumper looks solid and the high FT% usually suggests he can actually shoot and that won't disappear at the next level with a longer shot. But he gets a LOT of wide open threes right now, and all of his big games are the games he ends up splashing 6-7 of those.

This is an incredibly top heavy draft class to me. Seen most of these guys play. The first 3 picks you're golden. If you can get Viktor, Scoot or Brandon Miller. Those are great draft pieces. I could see all three being elite nba players, after that the bottom falls out.

Not saying there aren't any good players left. But alot of question marks after those guys imo.

I can understand some concerns. But I really really like this kid. It won't surprise me if this guy ends up being better then Viktor. Not saying it happens. But he's got a NBA level game and it jumps out at you. He's become more efficient as the season has gone on. He's averaging 19 pts and 8 boards a game on a really good Alabama team. You put him on a trash team He's averaging 23 easy.

He's got a smooth J. He's rangy at 6'9. He's shooting 44% from deep. You don't miss out on this kid. There's a Durant Brandon Roy feel to him. He's gonna be a stud man. I love this kid. He's pretty complete and he's just a freshman.

Shooting stroke definitely isn't a concern.

Brandon Miller is my No 1 pick. Yep I'm going there. Theres alot to talk about talent wise. But what really sticks out to me is his motor, His want to and his ability to take over games.

He's a freshman and he's really the leader of this great Alabama team. This kid is already nasty. And he's gonna get better.

Yall can have Victor. This is the guy. Now of course the negative stories surrounding him right now are serious and teams have to know he's in the clear regarding all that

But if he is. You can't miss out on this kid. He's a different breed. He will be a superstar.

I feel like Vic has too much potential to skip but I would probably pick Brandon 2. I’m not sold on the automatic superstar label but I feel more confident in him than the G-League/Overtime guys. The consistency that he’s shot the ball, paired with his free throw shooting, I feel like worst case scenario he’s always going to be able to shoot.

I also hope he goes to some pre-draft workouts and gets an official measurement. I’m still not buying he’s actually 6’9.

What's his ceiling? I think the Durant comparisons are absurd, but he could end up being a "better" (as an 'Alpha') Paul George.

All the personal stuff aside, I think he'd be an incredible "consolation" prize if the Spurs land the 3rd pick.
