I expect Thunder trade some of those picks into the future. They're already in a roster crunch figuring out who to cut to have to draft 3-4 first round picks a year. I wouldn't be surprised if the Clippers offer their 2028 first and an asset for a couple of Thunder protected picks they have sooner as a way to boost up their trade package

Maybe a difference in opinion or maybe he doesn't have it in himself. It sucks it's right before the season starts. But my guess he has a good private reason. I mean holy **** who was coaching and lost someone and we didn't find out until another coach had to say it in a interview. That was just last year right? Was it Monty Williams?

I don't think it was Monty Williams. His wife passed away more than a few years ago. I think she died during his last year coaching in New Orleans.

Bucks Twitter pretty much saying it was a difference of philosophies.

Don’t think it should affect them much but better for it to happen now than later in the season.

There it goes. I think it was Mike Malone that revealed that. Definitely sad. Crazy he was coaching thru that.

No big surprise, Giannis practically said he was staying during media day.

                          Let's go.................

If they can manage to win a title or two, then I see no reason for Giannis, Damian, Khris, & Brook to break up this group.

Obviously, all of that is contingent on them winning another Larry O'Brien trophy. And - at least with Khris & Brock - if their games and bodies can continue to hold up as they head into their twilight years.

And if that happens, Giannis can opt out early on this extension and sign
for even bigger Bucks.( pun intended)

Giannis said before he signed his first big contract that loyalty is in his DNA. Thank to Windy and Simmons for fanning the flames to get big market teams excited for nothing.

It's not for nothing honestly. There's a dude literally on the Bucks right now that signed a MASSIVE contract extension with another team a year ago. Unlikely he wants to leave? I'd say so. A lock that he doesn't cause he signed a deal? Absolutely not as recent NBA history has shown us.
