Yeah, I think you're on to something, RahKhem. David Stern is probably instructing the officials not to call anything on Bowen since Bowen is one of the stars of the NBA.

They will call it on most other players in the league, but not Bruce Bowen. Just watch him as much as you can for a game, don't even look at the ball, and tell me that he plays legal defense against Ray Allen.
I think that's a possible solution to why bowen is called dirty, but then again I think more than half the NBA plays like this, and some players get star treatment, while others have to sit on the bench with x number of fouls.

I guess the Spurs will just have to beat some respect into Jerome James.
I'll be there again, watching Duncan choke the series away at the line.

And one observation.....Danny Fortson gets called for a foul if he moves....The officials have taken him completely out of the series.

The Spurs are somewhat overrated. If the Sonics were even CLOSE to full strength this would come down to the last game.

Ummm...it's not like the Spurs are at full strength either...their sixth man and starting center are still injured...and one of which only plays in the final minute of a blowout.

The Suns haven't been able to run as much as they want with the tight officiating however i'm pleased how they've responded to the more physical play.

Amare, what can you say about that guy. I'll start with WOW!

You know, ya gotta give Indiana a lot of credit. Who would have thought that they would be doing as well as they have in these playoffs, or even in the regular season? They've surpassed everyone's expectation and have surprised a lot of people, myself included. It just goes to show how far good management and good coaching can go. It's a real shame that Carlisle didn't get COY. He really deserved it.

For those who haven't seen or don't know, the Pacers won tonight to take the series lead at 2-1. I'm not saying that they're gonna win or lose, but to even be in this position is truely amazing to me. They are a hard working scrappy team who just doesn't give up. It's great for them, the fans in the state of Indiana, and for the NBA.

I cheered for Detroit last year against the Pacers, but after the brawl and all Indy's been through, I hope they beat the Pistons.

                      Amare is unstoppable.

This game's going down to the wire.

Although I think O'Neal is a greal PF, I think that Amare is already better than him. He's developing his mid-range game well and he's already a beast in the post. He's so quick and hard to guard, I think it's tough for anyone to check him. Besides, he plays in the west, where he has to go head to head with the best PFs more often than O'Neal does. Just my opinion tho.

That was a crazy fun game. There was actually some tight defensive possesions and fortunately the Suns were able to take advantage of Dallas's poor 3 point shooting because I doubt Dallas will ever shoot that badly again. We need to get Joe Johnson back because I don't know how much longer we can just rely on the starting 5. Great win for the Suns. Nash showed why he was the MVP and Amare is a beast.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.
