Again, I have been on Mitchell's case over and over again and last night was no different. What is 6'2" Fred Jones doing guarding 6'9" Dunleavy late in that game, when they still had a chance? What good could possibly come of that? I saw Parker re-entering the game and thought "oh good, now you can get Jones off the court, slide Peterson over to defend Dunleavy and have Parker defend Daniels". Yet I see Peterson taken off the court. WTF?

The Pacers at one time had O'Neal, Foster, Dunleavy and Murphy on the floor and aside from Garbo and Bargniani, there wasn't anyone above 6'6". I see Bosh come back in, but for Bargniani. Like Sam, WTF? You have an opportunity to matchup (and exceed) with the Pacers if you have Bosh, Garbo, Rasho and Bargniani on the floor against that group of guys. Who cares that Bargniani would be the 2-guard, at that point Dunleavy is too and he's no better at handling the ball.

Sam Mitchell drives me up the wall with his rotations and one-trick pony offence. I swear, I've seen the Raps run only variations of a pick and roll with a big man around the elbow or have Bosh post up. That's it. On the pick and roll, you'll have either TJ or Jose penetrate and either a)shoot/drive themselves or b)kick it out for a three point shot. Which is fine. We have some terrific perimeter shooters, of all sizes. But then in post-game interviews he goes on and on about taking too many threes.

I see no imagination in the offence and sometimes a complete lack of common sense in the rotation. I very much respect the fact that his players will go through a wall for him. That, IMO, is more important than being an outstanding X's and O's guy. But he's not even average at the X's and O's and either his assistants are clueless like him, scared of him to say anything or he's not utilizing his assistants the way he should be. Either way, I think ther will come a point in the near future where it will be evident that we have the players we need to be a contender, but not the coach.

Great Win by the raps today.

At one point bosh made 15 straight FGs.

Another solid game by Jose, 24 points and 11 asts (i think) The whole team looked great tonight.

Did anyone see the post game interview with jose after? haha he talks funny.

another win. i'm not even worried about the nets anymore. i really think we can make this a 7-8 game lead. nets are playing so poorly now. we've won 5 of 6.

Don't jinx it dude! I was hoping for the same thing when the Nets beat Utah and Denver back to back on the road.

Even still, I think we will win the division if we keep it up. Hard to believe.

Yep this team is certainly heading in the right direction and the playoffs look to be a reality and not a dream for us this year WOOHOO!

I hope Colangelo doesn't make a big move at the trading deadline but rather if he can, I think he should just do a little tinkering and see if they can get a veteran for the bench. (Derrick Martin is a nice vet but he's garbage on the court)

Yeah, you don't want to mess with the chemistry too much- he'll only make a deal if it really improves the team or adds a vet like you say.

Derrik Martin- I love his presense too, but his game is terrible..lol...Mitchell hasn't made a tonne of mistakes this year, but playing Martin in crucial minutes has been one of them. Nothing like watching him run down the shot clock to 5 and then chucking one off of the top of the backboard.

Ford said the raps believe they can take the number one seed, even if we dont definitly like the confidence.

Very nice win, and the combination of T.J. and Jose played all-world again. Bosh is very much looking like a future MVP candidate. Not this year, as nobody from the East should be in those talks, but as this team continues to grow, I think it's inevitable.

On a side note: Dwight Howard is a beast and should be a starter over Shaq in the All-Star game. What a player.

                              How about dem Raptors!

They almost coughed up a hairball but Bargnani, Mo Pete, Bosh, and Parker really stepped it up tonight. What a great finish to the game. If people are skeptical about the Raps well then I hope this game changed some minds.

                                I love Mo Pete again.

He should not only not be traded, but he should be re-signed IMO.
