And I think not getting the #1 seed might be the chip on the shoulder this team needs. In 04 and 05 Indiana and Miami got the #1 seed, and the Pistons beat them. 06 and 07 the Pistons get it, and get knocked off by Miami and Cleveland. Maybe being the underdog to Boston in the playoffs is what they need.

I just hope Chicago misses the playoffs. They absolutely own the Pistons now.
Ya the Bulls thing is odd. They went to Memphis and got their *** kicked by a subpar team, and played no D in the process. That doesn't happen against the Pistons.

They really need to stay away from that Webber ****. He's the last thing the Pistons need.

I agree that the Pistons don't need Chris Webber. The young guys on this current team needs to play so that this team can grow from within.

And I wouldn't be too concerned about the Bulls. They won the series against the Pistons during the last regular season too, and look what happened in the playoffs. That team just gets up to play the Pistons no matter what.

          Ugggghhhh.

Rob Parker needs to be traded to the Free Press for Michael Rosenberg. Then I can just stick to the DetNews completely.

          FU Webber, FU.

            Thats all about we own.

But you won't have to worry about that Psyblast... there won't be any Pistons/Bulls playoffs this year.

Blow a team out or beat a quality team one night only to get blown out the next. Bulls motto this year.

You guys are struggling though 1-4 in the last 5 games.

Afflalo is looking real good tonight, bringing a lot of energy. I really like what I've been seeing from him this year (and his J is butter in 2K8 lol)

Damn, that is some first quarter fire right there. Don't let up.

Noticed it in the Philly game and so far tonight the bench is getting some burn. The big lead helps, regardless I like seeing everyone contributing. This will be a benefit come playoff time.

Orlando got alot better as the game went on. Bench played ok in the 2nd quarter. Stuckey is in a rut, hopefully he turns around soon. Amir brought some nice energy on D when he was in. Rip was sik with his great all around game. Great back court production last night.

I have to admit I'm getting a little concerned with Stuckey. He's starting to get tentative driving to the basket because of the fouls he's been picking up, and his jumper is pretty much non-existent. Maybe it's just a lack of confidence thing with him now.

True but he was really baaaaadddd for a stretch. He played well last night and will get better in time. Our young backcourt will grow learning from two of the best in Chauncey and Rip.

A little worried with the way Kobe went off. Our help D against great players seems to have declined a bit in the last couple of years. Now players like Kobe and LeBron are the game's best and it can easily happen that they will torch you. I guess I look at the Cavs and see how LeBron has been taking over and worry about that down the road.

I really like how Jason Maxiell and Amir Johnson play together while anchoring the frontline. It was great to see four of our bench guys on the floor that sparked the big run in the second quarter against the Lakers last night.

And lately I've beginning to notice a trend. Opposing teams know that Sheed is this team's best help defender, so they try to get him off the floor as quickly as possible by going at him and getting him in foul trouble. They give the ball to Sheed's man in the post to draw fouls on him, no matter how much of a scrub player that guy is. It used to be subtle thing that has been obviously going on for a while, but now it's becoming so blatant.
