MY WORD did Stuckey just power that down on that dude!! Bench was sick tonight, love the intensity. Other teams better play hard at the end of blowout games cause the bench won't quit playing and they shouldn't.
The starters were going nuts after the Stuckey and Afflalo dunks. That was good stuff. The team is playing like they did at the end of December. Starters and bench flowing.Comment

I hear ya. I just hope the bench keeps playing good or bad. They can win anywhere with or without home court if they are right. Keep the starters fresh and get the young guys ready for the playoffs.Comment

Al Horford is going to be a stud. He was giving McDyess and Sheed fits with his strength, and those are not weak guys by any stretch.Comment

I agree. He is strong as hell, and possesses extreme quickness for a big man. I like the Hawks squad. If they ever get someone to settle into the PG position, look out.Comment

Check out this cool article on the Pistons posted at SI. It's well worth the read.

Re: ***Official Detroit Pistons 2007-08 Thread***
Heh, I haven't felt the same thrill of beating the Pacers since they have traded most of their core players of the early 2000s like Al Harrington and Stephen Jackson, and have slowly phased out Jermaine O'Neal, Jamaal Tinsley. I sort of miss the Pistons beating those particular guys. It's just not the same to see the Pistons pounding on this current group of Pacers. And I've always liked J. O'Neal a lot as a player. Too bad he's had bad luck with injuries over the last few years.

I went to Game 1 of the ECF the year we won it all and that was an intense crowd. Never been to a game before where the crowd was so amped, I loved our rivalry with the Pacers back then. I remember there was some brave soul to wear a Miller jersey in our section, he was nowhere to be seen after the 1st quarter. I just love playoff basketball at the Palace, nothing beats it. I live out in Chicago now and the fans at the United Center are horrible. I plan on making a trip back hopefully for a playoff game this year.My Teams:
NFL - Washington Redskins

Wow! It's my first time on this Official Team Threads forum, never knew it was existed. Anyway, I think this year the Pistons have better chances than last year. Seems like the guys got used to Saunders and vice versa. Sheed is the engine of the team, so if he's hyped and excited - the whole team is hyped. GO PISTONS!!!My Specs:

Welcome aboard, youvalss. The more Pistons fans posting here, the better.
Chad Ford had a recent chat with Joe D on ESPN NBA Dish, going over a variety of topics. It's worth a listen.
