Winslow seems like a good pick, real strong, great defense, high IQ, great motor, good slasher, improved jumpshot. I just don't like that hes basically a 6' 5" SF.

Sucks man, would've loved any of the top 3 picks.

Sounds like there's zero chance we're taking him. Phil had better make the right pick here.
Probably because he hasn't worked out for any teams yet.

      Order won't hold to form.

No. I'd take a foreign player before I'd take Winslow.

What is the fascination with this kid?

I'd rather reach for WCS than Winslow.

Winslow's potential as a two-way player excites a lot of people. He could turn into Jimmy Butler (or better, who knows, he was far better as a 19 y/o as Butler was obviously).

Plays hard/good motor, pretty good skill set though he has a ways to go but at least you get the feeling that he'll develop. He's good at everything but not great at one thing, no glaring weaknesses. I'd rather take him than WCS.

Exactly. I was down on Winslow, but that was because i had my heart set on one of the two bigs, or worst case scenario Russell. But after looking at scouting vids Winslow has elite defensive fundamentals, its impressive to watch. He'd automatically be the best defensive guard we've had since I don't know when. Assuming he'd play SG, Butler played SF in college as well.

            ...Shumpert.

He's not a need. And in this ridiculous triangle offense, he'd be relegated to a spot up shooter.

            1. Mudiay
            2. WCS
            3. Trade down

Take the gamble on Mudiay and hope he lives up to the high school hype.

PG has been our worst position since what..Derek Harper?

            Roll the dice.

The Knicks better stay far away from this foreign guy. If they choose him, the Nets may need a new arena built.

I've actually warmed to the idea of WCS after watching that workout video in LA. Incredibly impressive.

Much more skilled Tyson Chandler. And has range.

I still would go Mudiay over him though...right now.

Winslow has wayy better defensive fundamentals than Shumpert. I'm thinking Mudiay as well, just wish there was more footage on him. He's such a question mark at this point.

DraftExpress now has Russell "falling" to us at #4.

Dude is going to change these rankings right up to draft day.

If this is the case then my wish list is:
                        1- Russell
                        2- Mudiay
                        3- WCS (or trade down)

I love Frank Kaminsky's game. Just hope he isn't another Bargnani.

But I'm sticking with drafting a lead guard. Russell would leave me beyond happy at this point.

Is it just me or does Draft Express just keep changing these so they have new versions and New articles every couple days?

Who goes first? Anthony or Jackson? I guess the next Knick thread is Year 1 of Life after The Zen Master of Disaster.
