I had to unfollow him for good. I only followed him because free agency started.

But his "Monroe will be a Knick I'm 24 hours" tweet did it for me.

He's a loser. And it's actually sad for a grown man to be the way he is.

It's funny how absolutely none of the Knicks beat writers know a thing or have any inside info. I can't stand Alan Hahn either. He talks up Knicks players way too much. Maybe it's just being a good company man but I can't stand it.

Do you see anyone coming to NY to play with him? They can come in last without him and his fat contract. No one will pick him up you ain't trading him. What does that tell you?

So which free agents did we miss out on that we would have landed if they didn't hate Melo so much?

With the cap moving the way that it is, his contract becomes more and more affordable each year.

Honestly, the money doesn't matter. He hasn't shown the will to win or make his teammates better.

In other news, looks like we no longer have the TPEs according to Howard Beck. Once we got under the cap, we could no longer use them. Oh well.

Not exactly excited about Derrick Williams. Would love to read or hear what Jackson sees in him.

Real head scratcher with that signing. He's like a PF version of Shumpert without the defense. No skill and no IQ.

I haven't seen a single second of him playing NBA basketball so I have no idea what to think.

Sounds far more like a "Phil" move than Derrick Williams at least. Smart kid, decent passer and hard worker.

                      Like.

He's a big body and tough. Good rebounder. Little baby hook.

I can't see him grasping the concept of the triangle though.

But the frontline depth is so important. Porzingis weighs about 220 lol. We need guys to shield him.

Roster is way more balanced than last year which pleases me. Need another SG IMO. Preferably a defensive guy.

                      PG- Calderon/Grant/Galloway
                      SG- Afflalo
                      SF- Melo/Williams/Early
                      PF- Porzingis
                      C- Lopez/O'Quinn

It's hilarious that Melo sticks out like a sore thumb in that lineup. If we were in full rebuild, I'd like the roster even more without him. It would make more sense.

Watching highlights of O'Quinn's career high game and he looked like a really good passer from the top of the key.

Reminds me of a more athletic Memphis front court. Obviously needs more experience but if he can keep learning, he can be a steal at that price.

That's the problem right there. You got a guy you're paying a King's Ransom to who can't even be bothered to sit on the bench when injured.

Well Melo's never been a team leader. You've always needed veterans to do that job for him which is what scares me because we haven't brought in any. And I don't consider Calderon a leader.

Can't expect the young guys to assume that kind of role.

Taps listed at 7'3 233 on the SL roster. Damn.

Can't wait for Saturday afternoon to get our first glimpse.
