Exactly....Carmelo's best years he had Billups and Kidd as his point guards.

I don't know about the rest of you, but (looking at this roster) I predict 30-35 wins.......sigh

lol. Exactly. As a Knick fan we don't know how it feels to get a top 5 pick.

I've seen reports of his hip being hurt & possibly not playing. Anyone else catch this?

Yeah, I first saw that report right after the draft. It's old news, not sure why it's become so prominent now.

That was odd, think someone posted that in the offseason thread yesterday. I read it and was like, hmmm that is some old news.

Yeah it's one of the reasons it was reported Melo wasn't happy with the pick.

He got hurt during the workout Melo was watching.

Not embedding right for some reason:

                    Taps on his first practice

No more hip pain, hopefully he plays tomorrow

I'm considering taking the plunge and getting his jersey. It worked out pretty good when I got OBJ's jersey before last NFL season

I can't watch today's summer league game. I hope it's on replay tomorrow afternoon.

My guide says it comes on again at 10 on MSG, but I can't see any other replays on for the rest of the day.

Interesting article on Jerian Grant picking up pretty quickly on the Triangle.

It looks like it really works. The movement. putting players in a position where they can succeed. I haven’t talked much about the offense yet [with my uncle], but we’ll get to that I’m sure.’’
I was not aware that his uncle was Horace Grant. How awesome is that? That's a great asset for a kid trying to pick up the Triangle to have an uncle that played under Phil.

                            Yes. His father is Harvey.

^^ It's hilarious how disrespected Harvey has been this summer.

Like he was some total scrub or didn't play in the league. "Jerian is Horace Grant's nephew".

Think I've heard "Jerian is Harvey Grant's son" once or twice.

Would like to see Prozingis take more shots but I'm also happy to see that he's working within the team system.

It does feel that at times the guards completely ignore him.
