I put my CPU def. awareness on 100 and the CPU punch output on 25 and I really payed for throwing too many punches. I threw 100+ punches in 3,4,5th rounds and was knocked down 3 times later and eventually KO'd. I really payed for throwing too many and getting blocked.

EDIT: I was on highest level of difficulty, def. too hard for me right now.

how's the stamina compared to the demo ? is the difference very noticeable ?

I have only used heavies, but in my experience you pay for throwin too many punches. I gassed trying to keep 'champion' level Frazier off me and fell victim to a rising left hook in tragic fashion.

what happened to the cpu when you lowered their punch output to 25?

I got REALLY great results...I dont remember the middleweight fighter I picked for the CPU ( The guy with the least amount of reach) but he was throwing 59, 59, 45, 52 per round.. I heard that was reasonable. What do you think? Maybe 25 is to low?

sounds good to me . those are really great results. At least we know the slider works really well.

did you test out cpu off awareness? what does that do exactly ?

I am not sure what it does, I did not mess with it, but seems like 100 for CPU DEF AWARE works pretty well as he was really good at blocking and my hit % was low. But it was still in the like high 40's

The game on default is 2 minutes. During the match it is accerlerated from 3 minutes which is cool.

I am playing on Pro and wide camera.

I adjusted boxer speed to 80, which feels good to me, but not as noticeable as I expected.

On pro the A.I. throws a good number of punches and are tough to beat. I just hope when I move to Champion or G.O.A.T the A.I. doesn't become to psychic.

hahah great line.....I'm actually glad this is the case....so it will force the users to be super cautious when playing high difficulties.

Had my first match, Tommy Morrison (myself) vs. Eddie Chambers.

10 Rounds, knocked him down twice, once in the 4th and once in the 9th. Also rocked him in the 9th.

Chambers had ALOT more counters, than I did.

But I managed 70.1 punches per round, he had 53.4, on the default settings.

Default, started the game and played.


Dunno if it changes at higher levels. But I kept outside and at times would bring it in. Eddie Chambers was not too aggressive.

Might adjust my sliders based on MANY CPU vs. CPU bouts adn the desired difficulty I want to play on.

Just had a match CPU vs. CPU, Arturo Gatti vs. Roberto Duran.

69.1 punches per round by Gatti
85.2 punches per round by Duran

Bout went to decision in 10 rounds.
