Well, they were for GOAT, but my 100 power in both hands wasn't enough to plow some total cans with 60-70 chin. I'd pop them and they'd get up about 4-5 times. Screw that. On top of that their flash knockdowns and stuns with my chin at 85 and their power at 60-70 is ridiculous, especially with my toughness at 75+. NO, I am changing because I just want a more equitable game as far as power goes. Champion allows me to dominate the ones that should be dominated without complete ease. I can beat the CPU on GOAT with sliders maxed out, have done it in Fight Now countless times, but it just isn't sim enough. On Amateur my punches make their meter disappears, jut like the CPU does to me on GOAT. It's like NCAA 10 on Heisman, lol. I would up the power on GOAT, but the CPU just causes more flash KO's and knockdowns from lucky punks and scrubs. I can get that playing online if that's what I want.
For fight night round five offensive and defensive AI need to be added as well as offensive and defensive styles. I will agree that no two fights are the same on this game, but on GOAT it has gotten close. Champion allows me to move in for the kill against a hapless and helpless opponent without getting killed and countered constantly. I am switching back to Champion for the realism. Here are my Champion sliders:
Ref sliders both 10
Power 7
Speed zero
Damage 7
Toughness 5
Accuracy zero
Stamina 8
Cntr wndw 0
CPU AI both 10
Output 0
I have hit guys with shots that should have made it look like knockout kings 2000 while on champion. That first knockdown in the intro is what I mean.
That brings back memories, lol.
