Sigh: I really wish people would get over that Floyd-Pac fight.

I don't think it would have mattered.
Floyds defense and counter-punching always turns offensive fighters into wallflowers by the middle-rounds.
Guys who normally unload their clips at will, would suddenly find themselves hesitant to pull the trigger.

IMO, the only fighter that was able to really put Floyd on his heels was DLH.
I thought he was winning after 9 rounds before his gas ran out.
That fight was also at 154, so take that for what it's worth.
Although, I believe a prime DLH beats Floyd at 147.

agreed, money....funny how floyd had a rematch right away with maidana after a close fight and never a rematch with oscar. his jab was on point that night, then he forgot about it in the later rounds. the reach gave him trouble. it's no wonder he never really fought any fighters taller and with a reach advantage after that fight. p.s. always thought cotto deserved a rematch too. should have been floyd's last fight, not berto.

Anthony Joshua looked cool, calm, collected, and impressive in demolishing Charles Martin.

Having just watched the De la Hoya-Mayweather fight relatively recently, I was surprised to find how close it was in retrospect. I actually think Oscar may have won the fight on repeat viewing.

he had it won until the last few rounds.....he jabbed the heck out of floyd and then stopped. he was the aggressor most of the fight as well. keep in mind, oscar was towards the end of his career when they fought. floyd was in his prime.

Sarcasm with the FURY VS KLITSCHKO countdown clock by the way.

Errol Spence vs. Chris Algieri should be a beatdown. Not sure many welterweights are lining up to fight Spence.

Artur Beterbiev will be back in action June 4th in a Premier Boxing Champions card, virtually a year after his last fight.

I thought he kind of faded in the second half. I might watch it again.

                        LOL!
That countdown clock might be more exciting than the first fight.
I'm a sucker so I'll probably watch the rematch if it's free. But I sicken myself for wanting to.

I felt the same about DLH-Jr.
8-12 is when DLH kind of fell apart.
The last 3 especially. But I felt Oscar was ahead after 8 rounds.

P.S. I still think DLH won his fight vs Trinidad. My brother and I and some friend watched it too and we were all in disbelief when they gave the nod to Felix.
I also felt DLH won the 2nd fight with Mosley.
At the same time, he was beaten by Sturm and some believe Sweet Pea beat him too (never saw that fight myself).

I'm honestly trying to decide between going to Fury/Wladimir 2 or UFC 200.

On one hand, I've never been to London, going to a HW title fight is on my sports bucket list, the atmosphere will be crazy and I've been to 11 UFC events already.

On the other hand, the first fight totally sucked and this one will likely suck. Also UFC 200 is in Vegas and McGregor fights are always a lot of fun in Vegas.

                          Thoughts?

London's worth it. I was a few minutes away from by train when I was stationed at Chicksands Air Force Base so I'd vote Fury/Wladimir 2. I'm going mostly with the locale, but you could also get this:

                              London. Boxing. Magic.

I'd rather drag my balls through broken glass than watch UFC, live or on TV. But that's me: Hardcore boxing, through and through.

You can't lose with either choice, man.

I factored in the fact that aholbert is a UFC and boxing fan, but I'd still go with London.
