Stevenson/Jack will be good. I got Stevenson by early to mid-round KO. Although Stevenson is older, the punch is the last thing to go.

Despite the fact that Adonis is 40 and this is the best fighter he has ever faced and will ever face I agree. Jack could win but he has to absorb some of Stevenson's power and I'm not sure he can. That left is lethal.

Jack was so fearful of Adonis' power he didn't start fighting until the 7th round when Stevenson almost completely ran out of gas. The late tenth round body punch that Adonis landed saved the draw for him because it allowed him to win the 11th.

The two judges that scored it 114-114 probably had it 5-1 Adonis in the first half and 5-1 Jack in the second half.

If the money is right (purses for this fight haven't even been released) it's a no-brainer for Stevenson. Despite taking a decent amount of punches in the second half of the fight Jack couldn't hurt him including in the overcalled last seconds of the bout.

It gives Stevenson possibly a last decent payday. He is not going to fight Kovalez, Beterbiev, or Bivol and nobody would care about Barrera.

Jamie McDonnell vs. Naoya Inoue this Friday (7AM EST) for the Bantamweight title.

I'm dying to watch this fight but it's not being broadcast on any channels available to me in Canada.

I really wish there was a dedicated boxing station that would broadcast all non-PPV fights.

The champion (McDonnell ) traveling to Japan to fight Inoue tells you who the bigger draw is. I'd love to see this fight but the day and time prevents a live telecast in Canada and the US.

A superfight would be Inoue vs Rungvisai (conqueror of Chocolatito) or Inoue vs Chocolatito.

I might try YouTube Friday noon/afternoon for a possible replay.

We have something called FightNetwork in our neck of the woods, but it's mostly MMA and kick-boxing - which is fine. But they broadcast very little boxing events.

I agree..we need a channel dedicated to in-depth boxing. Old school fights, training camps, fight of the night, fight of the week, inside boxing today, etc would be great ..cmon Direc tv lets get this started..LOL

Naoya Inoue vs. Jamie McDonnell just became available on ESPN+ on Friday morning at 6:15 AM my time (CST). I signed up for the free seven day trial but I probably won't go beyond that because there is no decent app for it on my Xbox One. I'll have to settle for watching it on my CPU.

You can't get it even if you wanted to Money. It's only available in the US.

Holy smokes, Jamie McDowell put on 26 pounds since the weigh-in!!!!!
                            He's a friggin welterweight now!!!

How is this even remotely fair??

The Japanese fighter wiped out McDonnell with a series of heavy hooks, dropping him once and then forcing a stoppage with the champ trapped on the ropes

Your joke was not as painful as the punishment dealt out by Inoue.
